Clubs yet to have made a permanent, senior signing for a fee:

AFC Bournemouth - only signed Rothwell, Fredericks on free transfers

Brentford - only signed young players

Brighton - only signed young players

Chelsea - only signed an academy GK

Palace - only signed Johnstone and Ebiowei on frees

Everton - only signed Tarkowski on a free

Wolves - haven't signed anyone

If the club have not seen value in any free transfers, it's not exactly surprising we are yet to make a move with 8 weeks to go. Still need to preach patience here, we have plenty of time to make 5-6 signings still, and we will

I was joking, I'm the laziest person in the world. I watch about 5 minutes of football a week, including my own team as they bore the shit out of me. I have an obsession though since childhood for doing the bare minimum and proclaiming to be knowledgeable. I simply go on transfermarkt, or follow niche twitter pages and discover left footed right wingers and then quickly look at a few key stats, watch a few clips and then get very angry when we don't sign them on here.

Sounds more like you've been working for the club the last 3 years!!

It would speed things up if the window was closed before the season started. 5 rounds of fixtures before the close of the window.

Everyone seems to being held back by being unable to move players on.

Chelsea have agreed terms with Nathan Aké, pending agreeing a fee with Man City.

Could have knock on effects for Colwill becoming available for us possibly…

Fingers crossed! Ake was at Chelsea before he went to Bournemouth wasn't he?

Yeh he was, typical Chelsea recruitment policy 😂

Think he would actually be a good option as a LCB of a back 3 for Chelsea. Better suited in a 3 than a 2 I would have thought.

Chelsea love re signing an ex player or letting go of people like de bruyne and salah 🤣

Yeah I agree mate.

Ake and Thiago Silva must be some of the smallest CB’s in the league.

Sterling wouldn’t be my first choice if a Chelsea fan but bringing back Ake who is a mere squad filler at Man City must be quite a bitter pill to swallow for Chelsea fans….signing someone else’s cast offs is new territory for them in recent years.

Chelsea's recruitment strategy this summer is really weird.

Couldn’t believe they’ve loaned Lukaku back to Inter for about 10 million quid.

They paid them 100 mill didn’t they? What a fookin waste of money! We just can’t compete with this nonsense

They have gutted the clubs senior management, and Todd Boely has installed himself as interim DOF.

Brentford sign Aaron Hickey from Bologna.

As a scot, I hope they develop him into a RB.

Scotland has very great fullbacks. He is a great, young player with a loads of potential. Interested in seeing how he will adapt to the Premier League.

Southampton linked to another Man City youngster, Issa Kabore.

Wouldn’t be against Glover continuing his relationship with Man City when he comes to us. They have so many young talents.

Not sure this is glover's work, haven't they replaced him with a man city youth team guy

Not sure but Glover has signed a few academy players for Southampton recently.

Livramento, Thierry Small, Bazunu, Lavia, etc.
