I don’t watch or know enough about the footballing world these days to suggest anyone but it’s clear Rodgers doesn’t even want to be here.

 

A change is needed so badly I really don’t care who.

Who says Dyche is a motivator? His late Burnley teams seemed fairly disinterested.

We need an organiser, somebody who can set up a defence.

 

@moore_94 has been banging the drum about Urs Fischer for a while, watching his Union Berlin side, his organisation is top notch, his Union Berlin side has clear structure and he makes them hard to beat. 
 

The situation we find ourselves in, we desperately need somebody like that.

Genuinely anyone else now.

 

We are going to come bottom with Rodgers.

 

You can't come lower than bottom.

 

I'd probably prefer somebody with experience in English football, but at this stage I wouldn't say no to Preki! :D

Eddie Howe is on the opposite end of the spectrum in terms of style. You all think our current squad is built for what Dyche wants? 😂

I was Brendan fan until a couple of weeks ago, clearly he’s angling for a £10m plus payout. I would go for another Celtic Manager again.. Ange Postecoglou but he’s got better things to do like Champions League football.

Take a step back from your assumptions for one moment …. when dyche was in the championship burnley played very nice attacking football, in a similar style to what we used to get out of the league. 

 

he adapts to what he has but is capable of good football.

He got a team of average players to consistently compete and achieve their objectives. Like all managerial cycles, they come to an end, as Rodger’s has in pretty pathetic style, he’s ran his course and a new voice is needed immediately.

 

I’d be confident he could get this crop of players to raise their games, and instill some structure, organisation and belief back into them.

Brendan now needs to go, along with the back room staff.  Coaching is very poor.  Fitness levels seem to be very poor.  It’s not just Brendan, it is the rest of the back room staff also (which he hired).
