Praet is an average rotation piece (not starter) at the PL midtable level.

 

If having that on our squad makes you so sniffy, you haven't adjusted to reality.

Agree, but that is probably the problem, that he does not want to be bit part

i’d rather keep him tbh. he’s currently the second best rm cam and lw we have left and i’m not sure he’s ever played there.

Problem with him is he’s a 6-7/10 at everything you want from a midfielder but can’t think of one thing he excels at. So is a solid all rounder but not a specialist in any given role. As a result I can never really see where he fits or get excited when he’s in the team.

And that’s fine, IF he is content to be that guy. Every team at our level needs steady players in their squad.

He’s a better option than Perez imo. Never really had a proper run in the team either through injury or selection. You feel he’s never gonna be a starter if we have everyone fit though.
