I believe there were around 800 unsold returns today, I don't think you get any cash if it's unsold?

Correct, I hadn’t realised that initially until I put my tkt up for sale with the club for the Leeds game. If they don’t flog it, you don’t get a refund! 🤣

We want a quality coach like Zidane or Tuchel, perhaps our next coach/assistant coach combo?

....no we do not!!!

Zidane is in no way coming to us, he needs a war chest and people just cannot get it in their heads that Tuchel is a disruptive force.

Of course he’s not, I was dreaming m8. Rodgers will take us to League One soon enough.

It's strange, looking around the crowd today it just looked like thousands of clones with no emotion.

I dont think it's because people are Pro Rodger, it just seems as though everyone has had all their enjoyment,  excitement and enthusiasm sucked out of them.

It all felt off today. Everything felt flat. The lack of chants, even the lack of cheers as the team is announced pre match.

It's evident that people are struggling for excitement. Today just felt like an inconvenience to have to go. I only went because I'm a tight git and didn't want to lose out on money I'd spent.

Now sat doing a night shift, Still regretting my decision to go.

Your spot on … That’s where we’re at as a fanbase under this manager now. Our consistent underwhelming performances have taken their toll. The crowd will never back Rodgers in any significant numbers again.

It completely feels like we all know the writing is on the wall, we all know it’s a real struggle under this management regime and all the fellow season ticket holders I know and spoke to today genuinely couldn’t be bothered, turned up cos the tkts paid for, didn’t really expect much before the game, don’t really know (or care) what the result is. The life has been sucked out of a lot us I think.

In our row today, bloke and his kid was sat next to me. His kid is wearing a Liverpool shirt. Beggars belief.

Saw some bloke in a Celtic shirt.

Just why?!

The reaction at the end today was limp, but weirdly it’s probably had the biggest impact. BT called out the boos straight away and the Union FS banner has had a lot of exposure, which Rodgers even being asked about it.

It wasn’t full on toxicity, but the message cut through.

Let’s just hope we here some sort of response from Top.

Whatever happened to backing the lads through the good times and the BAD?? We are a fickle bunch of supporters.
get behind the team FFS.

Why have we not banned Brendan Rodgers/David Brent from this forum yet?

I did expect others to do more the way so many had spoken on it.

You expect too much of people writing mean words on the Internet.

Do you even know what fickle means? Fickle gets dished out far too often and mostly in the wrong context, judging by the recent poll on here there is about 10 people who go by the true meaning of fickle.

Unbelievable whatever the position of the club / fans

Top looked about as pissed off as I’ve ever seen just staring into space with his dark glasses. Surely he must now be thinking one more useless result and he’s wielding the hammer blow.

We can all keep going on about a protest but is anyone actually going to pro-active about one?

My stance is vote with feet, anyone joining?

Anyone got any better ideas that you're going to put into action?

Your ticket will get sold on to someone else though and if you’re a ST holder you’ve already paid so the club won’t care, it’s pointless just not turning up

Not for my sanity, wellbeing and mind it's not.

Yes i'll have paid and the club ultimately won't care whether I go or not from that point but empty seats (on mass) will make a statement, paid for or not.

I doubt many are buying match by match tickets.

What's your suggestion then?

I don’t get people like this who can only think one dimensionally that being anti-Rodgers isn’t “backing the lads”.

Like some brain dead seal clapping away at a show at Seaworld is the right way to support even though it’s abundantly clear that the manager is destroying everything that has been built at this club over the past decade and, what’s worse, doesn’t give two hoots.

The players got support during the game and it’s obvious that no one is having a go at them.

I’d actually even go as far as saying that enabling the sacking of Rodgers is “backing the lads”. At the moment he’s leading them into a horrid relegation scrap and will make many of them Championship footballers if he stays. Him going is for the good of their careers.

Here, here.

We need to vocalise against Leeds now. On mass, it’s the only way the message will get through to the board. Regardless of the result it’s time to take matters into our own hands, for the good of this club. The lads will get our support, but we need to display that Brendan has lost our support.

Be prepared to get scowls and dirty looks from the masses of happy clappers.

:clap::appl::clap::appl::clap::appl:

I'm done with them as much as i'm done with Rodgers and the board - they're all part of the problem, the only thing that has truly disgruntled them this season is their pathetic clap banners have been took away from them. Ironic.

Exactly.

The bloke is avoiding the fans at the end of the game because he knows full well he’s hated. Newcastle get criticised for doing it, but they’ve managed to get what they want.

We can’t just sit here clapping away with this blind faith thinking he will turn things around. He won’t, he’s got to go, regardless of the result against Leeds, the club desperately needs a new leader on the pitch.
