Bit of a shame, was thinking the same at Deepdale. Could’ve had a really unique version of that chant but same old dross every club sings

Yeah it is a bit.

Power of tiktok, had some 16 year olds message UFS telling them to sink the short Mavididi version, guess that got going on there. The other far better imho but would have taken effort to learn.

Atmosphere in the section tonight was brilliant best I’ve probably ever seen it. Just reminds me quite simply that when people want to create an atmosphere and want to have fun we can.

First game this season in SK1 with standing. Very different from last year, thought it was class in parts today. Early goal probably helped. Loved the new Rudkin song

Think singing the songs for longer really helps build the atmosphere and noticed that happening tonight, 

It sounds ridiculous to say but think there’s something in it; sometimes the section can be too quick to try and move onto a new song rather than letting the noise travel and the song pick up to G1/G2 

 

We love you, Leicester boys are we, Marti’s Blue and white army ; being classic examples of this!

That's what I've just put in the other thread. The with the rail seting now it feels like a bigger section, more people join in and the Rudkin song spread down the stand

Rail standing in g1 and sk1....its working.   Came away tonight and said that's the best its been for quite a while atmosphere wise. Proper goal celebrations too, rather than a lame cheer weve seen in the past. Enjoyed it.......and i said earlier i hate friday night games 😂

Only thing I didn't like was the 'you're just a shit Aston Villa' chant.

Made to look a bit of a tw@t as I was certain the Birmingham lot would bring one of the best away ends for years, and have spent weeks lauding them to the chaps we were looking after in hospitality tonight.

 

An early rendition of “Keep right on” then absolutely nothing and it was all Leicester after that.

 

All you lot that were involved tonight, absolutely brilliant, that was honestly very very good from where we were!

I get where you're coming from. I wasn't keen on it but I wasn't surprised. We're not the best with former players. He didn't disgrace himself when he played for us. He ultimately was just underwhelhiming.

Yeah, a bit of booing in jest fair enough, but the constant chants about him being shit did seem a bit excessive for someone who wasn’t a bad player or guy whilst he was here.

I thought it might have been an attempt to throw Gray off his game. Remember that game where Maguire returned with Man U to the KP, got dogs abuse and then was at fault for like 3 goals.
