There has been no communication from the club on ID check anyone else in the same boat and is the club shop office open tomorrow?

Happened to me for Palace away better to ring as they’d have sent the tickets down to Fulham already. Also they wouldn't let you pick the ticket up with ID if you’re in the ticket office has to be at the ground
