Farke is a good manager and I’ve many Norwich fans saying he never should have been sacked. I would prefer Southampton to go up just because I find most Leeds fans irritating at best. They have a sense of entitlement which does them no credit and very difficult to make sense of and I have tried over the years when I have met one.

Not sure where they get it from because they’ve been absolutely shite for the best part of 25 years

It's a Yorkshire thing. 'God's own' and all that shite. Never tire of telling anyone about how great it is. I'm sure that most have never been outside the county and believe what they're told.

I didn’t mean to trigger any Tory’s or Tory sympathisers there so apologies.

You didn't...as explained, I'm neither a Tory or a Tory sympathiser

Why is Richard Leonard more pointed?

Because he is a Leeds United supporter and they are playing Southampton in the play off final, so it was a better example than Everton fan Burnham.

And yet they do - and my point is that it probably wouldn't bother you as much.

Starmer was on TV today giving it large about his support for The Arsenal. It was pure Partridge. I think politicians and football come across as so unauthentic. Similar to that Royal claiming he supports Villa…. but then we’ve got Sam Bailey…

Fair enough - and I do agree it can be quite cringeworthy - but it's a tad over the top branding Sunak as a "vile, vile man" solely because he pledged support for a team that he has followed since he was a boy. Particularly since there are plenty of legitimate reasons for arriving at that conclusion.

I AGREE  i wonder what  goodies he has there compared to  Starmer and Corbyn at Arsenal

Why is anybody deciding who they want to win the final let alone being bothered by who supports them ffs!

Personally couldn’t give a crap. I want what is best for Leicester. I wanted Norwich or Baggies but now it’s Leeds or Southampton, I want Southampton as they are likely to be weaker.

It’s just political point scoring which has no place in football. And anyway, by Christmas Sunak will probably be MP for Richmond at best. We will still though have half a season competing again and a return match against whoever joins us….

I see Southampton have sold all their tickets for Wembley, but apparently massive club Leeds still haven't, they're struggling to sell out. lol

Leeds fans on socials reckon they’ve sold out for Southampton with tickets in their end, which makes no sense if you’re still able to buy tickets in your own.

I didn’t think I was overly fussed about who goes up, but there is an entitlement from the Leeds fan base around here that makes me want them to lose. Also, never seen a fanbase with so many grown men wearing their clubs tops and training wear as casual wear on day to day life 🤢 those living in the Barnsley/Wakefield area will be all to aware I’m sure.

up the football

Starmer has a season ticket for Arsenal, he’s held one for as long as forever and sits with school mates - who he plays five aside with every week. You’ll not find a more informed or enthusiastic football fan in parliament - he lives and breathes the sport.

Sunak is a bandwagon jumping **** who wouldn’t know a Matt Le Tissier from a Mick Channon.

I'm not sure which is worse - being an attention seeking, cringeworthy politician trying to garner votes by claiming an allegiance or being a genuine Arsenal fan.

I think it is quite clear that I am saying I want Southampton to win as it’s what I think is best for Leicester.

The bit I don’t give a crap about is who supports a side as this has no impact on Leicester.

Therefore, I don’t care that Sunak supports them and don’t get why people would now want Leeds to win for this reason.
