Walsall seemed to have re-found their form. I didn't think they get past Chesterfield.

Wimbledon are just solid. I mean I usually would find something I dislike about a team we've played 4 times in a season, but I can't with them.

I'll go with Wimbledon 1-0.

Not that is was that bold of a prediction, but....:D

Walsall, much like us in the 2nd leg against Wimbledon, just couldn't really create any decent chances. Really just the one and that's it.

It's gotta be tough for Walsall supporters. Don't imagine in January that anyone thought they'd still be in League Two next season.

Congrats to Wimbledon.

All the play off final finals so far have been pretty poor, all the games have really lacked quality. All the teams involved just looked tired, makes you think is the EFL playing too many games. 46 games, the cup games EFL Cup, Fa Cup and EFL Trophy and then if you make the play offs its a further three games. Is it time to rethink the play offs instead of two legged semi finals, just cut to one game. The EFL Trophy is annoying cup to many and think most probably happily withdraw from it, only seems like Peterborough United want to win it.

There's probably less games played now than in the 90s though? And they produced some of the best playoff final games ever. I'm not sure what has caused it but I wouldn't say it's down to amount of games played necessarily.

All the people cheering on the O's, have you not done Charlton away before? Right up there with the best for me

Yeah I like Charlton away. Said it in the main Championship thread I think. Sure you get the whole end as well if I recall.

My reasoning behind Orient was mainly Wellens.

Slight worry that has gone as Wycombe got half of it. Hopefully thats only because they took a small following there in the play offs

It was. They were given the whole end but returned half of them back to Charlton 24hours before the game and sold to home fans.

Think for the playoffs clubs often purposefully give bare min to increase home adv. Less likely to do this for league games next year.

Edit: I stand corrected

Yeah it was. I was talking to someone at work who is a STH at Charlton and said most teams have the whole stand still. Wycombe didn't take that many.

The daughter's boyfriend is a lifelong Charlton fan so I was fully behind them.

Until he had her, the until fairly recently LCFC ST holding girl, wearing a Charlton shirt yesterday and (him not her) telling me she's now a Charlton supporter.

Obviously she has now been disowned and I can't wait to watch them go straight back down again.

His isn't Lamby, is it?
