thats what gets me, one game one foul can be given etc, next game/later in the day game its not

If it prevents an attack or goes out for a corner instead then that's a different matter. But it literally just glances his hand. It's not even deliberate.

Nope - doesn’t matter 

like a player dribbling out of the box and being tripped - 

if he’s in the box then it’s a pen even though he’s going nowhere near the goal 

in this instance, West Ham could argue that the cross would have been even better for fulkrug to get his head on (I know it wouldn’t)

still baffling how west ham was given that penalty tonight and that handball from Mav's cross against Bournemouth wasnt even given/checked

can imagine we are going to see a few more of them go either way till the end of the season

so much inconsistency in the premier league

I’m amazed that some of you think that in this age of var, if your hand is above your head and the ball flicks it, that a pen isnt going to be given. (Assuming it hasn’t deflected onto the hand - that’s your only get out ).
