Remember when everyone was saying Youri was rubbish and finished.

On course for a second successive top 4-5 finish with Villa and will play against PSG in the qtrs of the Champion League next week.

He had gave up here, and was shit when he first joined Villa.

Back in the rhythm now though

I think he was on the verge of being binned by Emery in the early days as his start there was utterly atrocious. He looks every bit the player he was in his pomp for us now.

Imagine if Forest do miss out on Champions League would be great.

UEL would be just about the worst for them to end up in as well. Thursday nights are more disruptive, the money is much less, the away days aren't as glamorous and, unlike the UECL, they would have no realistic chance of winning it.

Form is temporary, class is permanent.

Yep. He was tipped as a future wonder kid from pretty much his debut for Anderlecht. He's a class player.

Given how this season has gone, if it was offered right now I’d happily lose every game if we beat forest and it costs them champions league

100%

Heck I’d happily lose every game and even lose to them if it could still guarantee them missing out on the Champions Leagie

Just a few short weeks until it's done now thank god.

At least the players can now officially put their flip flops on given we’re virtually down. They can’t start to think of their summer hols and player of the season votes earlier usual too. 🤨

He should be ashamed of himself.  Loved him at Leicester for the years before the last one.  He gave up giving 100% and became a lazy overweight embarrassment to himself (talking as a fat guy btw).  He should have left a year before he did instead of running his contract down to be a money grabbing git.  These players that forget they were fek all before we gave them a platform make me sick.

Lovely footballer when he could be bothered, though.

They'd have a chance of beating the likes of Malmo and Hamburg again just like the last time they were in Europe.

I want them to lose it in absolutely heartbreaking fashion in front of their own fans on the final day. Children crying into their replica shirts. Lee Anderson with a face like Dot Cotton licking piss off a nettle. A Block dragging their knuckles in despair.

Pure Neanderthal misery.

It's a very, very tough competition. It's true that you get some rubbish in the league stage, but the knockouts are no joke.

I see Fofanas season is done again. Got to be some of the best business we ever did. I don't believe in karma but it sure seems to be biting him on the ass

He's been an absolute sicknote since that Villarreal preseason friendly.
