How do you motivate a brilliant young gk to give even more with zero competition?

 

You play out a 0-0 draw in the cup, creating a stage for Danny Ward to shine.

(And regularly make loads of questionable team selections).

 

Bish bash bosh you've got your young gk, just for a second, doubting his continuous #1 status and thus follows the performance of his career (to date).

 

Also because JJ wants to play at left back and have his mate Ricardo on the right, he's hit that left footed volley just to show Cooper he is good with his left and can play left back.

So again Cooper getting in players heads puppetting them into amazing performances, it's incredible.

Not quite sure what the OP is asking, If it is, does Cooperman have foresite, I would say no, if your saying he does with your assessment, I'd say your clutching at straws, Mads had the match of his life against Arsenal without him we would have probably been hammered badly.
