A player should either come in with scope to improve or they should be able to slot into the first 11. If you need temporary cover for injuries use the loan market.

 

Really simple criteria that'll stop you being stuck with a mass of dead wood.

 

 

 

i think we are desperate to stay in the prem. Desperate enough to take a little bit of improvement, which I think this guy is, instead of a ‘massive improvement’ that we’d like.

In his defence, eczema can be truly horrible. As a lifelong sufferer, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Sometimes you don't want to leave the house for embarrassment on how it looks.

 

Can be physically and mentally tough to deal with, especially serious outbreaks.
