I agree and I don’t think no one will debate that, but that’s not the issue, the issue is the club banning people based on nothing more then a probability

At best. At worst, they are using an incident to ban people they want to ban regardless of involvement. Lack of transparency/accountability means that you can't rule that out, unfortunately.

Who is 'Dan' who broke the internet with his Twitter post, on this forum? Very eloquent post following a clear and logical timeline, not some emotional and garbled 'shambles mate clubs gone' type post. Well done, we need more Dan's.

I’m not saying it’s right, but to be fair outside of criminal court, all disputes are settled on the balance of probabilities

Another absolute PR own goal clusterfcuk from the people who run this club, every day there is another bit of news that leaves you shaking your head at just how disconnected and fragmented this club has become from its fanbase, as others have said we are no longer fans, this is no longer our club, we are customers and that is it.

such a sad sorry state of affairs but remember be careful what you wish for …….

Looks like the club are trying to drive away supporters. When the need to encourage more to get out of the financial mess they have got us into.

The ban backers are king power fans.

Unfortunately due to the fanbase which has become sedentary, no protest from our fans will get rid of the incompetent board

Took the idiots years to get rid of Rodgers.

Clubs a mess.

Saw his FB post. Would be very surprised if he's done anything actually wrong. Poor bloke

Not the fact that a person on Facebook moaning etc uses the C word constantly at games especially when drunk which is every game. Some fans are fed up with listening to the abuse that comes out of his mouth. Even if it’s meant in good nature. I don’t know him only hear him. And no I didn’t report him and wasn’t at the Everton game

Totally agree. I’m aware of a ban handed down to a young lad who picked a pyro up after it had been thrown, literally landed at his feet and he picked it up for a few seconds, didn’t waive it around or anything and then dropped it all of which was on film. yes maybe naive and stupid to pick up but the police accepted he hadn’t brought it into the ground or set it off and didn’t see any reason to proceed , not only did the club ban him but they pushed the police to take action, which thankfully they didn’t do.

Policing in football has come a long way in the past few years, for the most part they interact with fans, treat them as humans rather than cattle that must be contained and only really respond when absolutely necessary (again for the most part). Yet what we’re seeing from the club completely goes against this ethos. Do they know how stupid they look when the police are the sensible voice in the room?

No, we're not. They're not selling us a product, or providing a service. They are running a club and providing entertainment through the players on the pitch. We're stakeholders in that club through our season tickets and memberships. We've been supporters/stakeholders for decades longer than the faceless suits running it. The club belongs to all of us through that, we're far more than customers.

We are paying money in return for entertainment (questionable lol) a bit like the cinema.

We are supporters and stakeholders - but they club doesn't belong to us as much as I recognise the sentiment in your post.

This is why we're consistently up there with the most FBOs, the club are so keen to turn minor infractions into bigger ones by handing over fans to the police when warning would do.

Think you’re better suited at Tigers rather than the football

I was deliberately not logging onto here for one reason or another but have logged back in to say that I know who they are talking about and trust me, I’ve seen him do stuff that warrants a ban.

That said, I do think the club have clearly been waiting to jump on something for him and many others because they want a certain type of supporter.
