It isn't, the optical effect of it being a black line on a white background makes it appear faint, but it is still there. (it is also not a high quality picture). Or it has been photoshopped to give conspiracy theorists something to ponder.

It is indeed light bleaching, not that anyone will believe you so we're better off posting lovely pics like this where it looks like one of them left their finger over the lens
