It’s not just the lack of goals, it’s the lack of chances and shots.

 

Just by accident and the law of averages we should be better than 1 half chance per game, but somehow we struggle to get even that :-/

I said a while back we won't win another game this season. I'm going one further and saying we won't score another goal this season. When was the last time we had an xg of 1 or even close to 1? Absolute shambles.

Given how bad we are and how slow and predictable we are going forward, I honestly think we won’t score again this season.

 I think we need to temper our expectations a bit.  Scoring a goal is too ambitious and unrealistic.  Goals are for other teams. 

 

We should aim a bit lower and celebrate throw ins. Maybe an occasional corner.   Let's not try to run before we can walk.
