Remember your Dad will still have to apply for a physical card, over 65’s don’t automatically get one.

 

In terms of the digital ticket, it depends how your Mum’s individual record is set up on the LCFC database, if you wanted both tickets to your phone you could change your Mum’s record to your phone number, unless your Mum enjoys LCFC phone notifications

Did you mention in the subject that you were a season ticket holder of over 20 years? I think that's the priority filter they have, but you have to mention it in the subject

I think I read somewhere on here that you can put more than one season ticket on one phone, for kids etc. How does that work? I guess you just pass the phone back out through the turnstile for the next person to use- is that quite straightforward, doesn’t cause delays?

No scan the kids or others in, let them walk through then scan yourself in

That's the best way of working, but if the kids are U16, you can apply for physical cards for them. 

 

One of our board tried the digital route for the Cup game, and is reasonably tech savvie and said using the physical cards is certainly quicker

In a way, I hope it is.

 

The club needs a wake up call not to take ST holders for granted and to actually think about how they can either bring them back or replace them with new fans. They got away with it big time in 2023 because a blind-deaf-mute could have told you we were going straight back up.

 

This time, after a thoroughly miserable season where relegation has been an expected outcome rather than a shock, morale is lower and the same certainty isn't there.

I was always going to renew because i'm an addict but I was surprised to see my ticket was automatically renewed. Would I have checked a box in the past to state that I am happy to auto renew?

Found out last night my seat is going to be safe standing. I have had no contact from the club to inform about this. At last 2 other people said the same. Apparently an email was sent.i never received one, checked my Spam as well. Just wondered how many rows down in the kop it affects. I can see it goes down to somewhere near the singing section in SK1.  I'm in SK2

Also just wondered  how effective asking the people in front to sit down would be.

It's only going in the back two rows of SK2 which surely stand anyway?

I think once you’re on the DD scheme there’s a clause in there that states you’ll be automatically renewed unless you cancel.

Seeing the delays that happen for every match where people are using mobile tickets ... the delays for next season are going to be something else.

 

Bear in mind the club are now forcing near on 10,000 to use a method they don't want to use, and are the ones who are probably less tech savvie than others.
