Surely the Isak stuff is as much about weakening Newcastle to ensure they never manage to build as a threat as it is him being a quality player?

Was the huddersfield game where Cannon scored twice his debut? Can't remember him really playing first half of the season? Another where that was as good as it got.

Not his debut but it was his first start, and then he scored again in the cup on his second start later in the same week so we probably were all quite excited. Didn't score for us again, naturally

Exactly. All these "big" teams are doing the same for years now. Liverpool's defense is an absolute joke but they don't care. Maybe they can't even find decent CBs as nowadays the majority of them are brain dead. 

Only way to stop this farce is a hard salary cap.
