Great move that tbf

Irksome how such clubs might not have been willing to take players like Ewing on loan in the last year or two but will be first in the queue to get them on a free. First world problems and all that but getting loan moves for our academy players and regular gamete seems a battle.

I suppose the opportunity to have Ewing and develop him for you own gain is more appealing than taking him on loan and developing him for us.

Yeah i get it, just annoying. Some clubs just have a reputation that makes lower league clubs queue up to loan they're talent but we've had a tough time in recent years get deals but then we release the likes of Ewing, Maswanhise and they get half decent moves that had they got a loan there might have kicked them on.

Because they are on too much money

If the boys are not going to be certain starters then the Clubs are unwilling to pay in full. JR not exactly renowned for his generosity usually unwilling to let them go out unless their wages are covered in full or some sort of bonus is in place ie if the loanee helps get a club promoted or saves them from certain relegation

I can’t imagine the club is going to be after much for youth plays on loan

No Braybrooke today was telling.

I thought the same , he’s either still no where near fit or he’s not progressed and others have overtaken him .

I haven't spotted him in any of the pre season stuff so far. He's definitely stalled, said it plenty of times before but it's really make or break time for him but that annoys people for some reason.

Yeah I spotted him but just in the background in a few training sessions . People were calling him little Modric not long back and couldn’t get  a kick on loan  in Scotland
