Complete waste having half of these in and around the u21 squad now. 
 

Richards, pennant , cover,  popov, wanya, all need to be moved on,

 

Ali, Neale, Briggs and Donnelly need loans.

 

Hutchison, motsi, Lawrence and de lisle need to be featuring

We do seem to keep lads hanging around for years after it's obvious they're not going to make it here

Aluko needs integrating into the first team now, standout performer in the 21s and seemingly has the physical attributes for men’s football it would make sense. Worst thing we could do for his development is let it get to a stage where he starts to stagnate with no pathways. Ideally integrate him with us but if not it’s imperative he goes out on loan

He adds something we’re lacking, it’s not like Thomas contributed at all going forwards. Adds more athleticism too.

He is the sort that I think just 1 or 2 games for us and he'd never be out the squad again if available. We have too many players though and Cifuentes will be under pressure to use them. Frustrating
