Despite conceding 6 Olivia Clark has had a good game for Wales they are just totally out classed by England

I don't think she was massively challenged to be fair, with the shoddy defence in front of her, there was little she could do.

I do think she's a great back-up goalkeeper option. Doubt there's many clubs that have an international as their back-up goalie.

We are pleased to confirm the appointment of Lee Billiard as Director of Women’s and Girls’ Football for LCFC Women.
LCFC Women welcome Lee Billiard as new Director of Women’s and Girls’ Football
Lee joins following a four-year spell with Aston Villa as Head of Women’s Football
Brings more than a decade of senior experience in women’s football in the UK and US
A highly respected figure in the women’s game, Lee brings more than a decade of senior experience across elite-level clubs in both England and the United States. He will oversee the strategic and operational development of the women’s and girls’ programme, working closely with Head Coach Amandine Miquel and senior leadership at King Power Stadium.
Lee most recently served as Head of Women’s Football at Aston Villa, where he helped the team achieve a club-record fifth-place finish in the Barclays Women’s Super League during his four-year spell there. His previous roles include senior leadership positions at Bristol City and Nottingham Forest, along with several years in the National Women’s Soccer League in the United States.
With a strong track record of sustainable success and high-performance culture, Lee has built a reputation for aligning recruitment, player welfare and performance strategy, while also driving the commercial growth of the women’s game.
Leicester City Chief Executive Susan Whelan said: “We are delighted to welcome Lee to LCFC Women. His experience across all facets of the women’s game, both in the UK and internationally, makes him a valuable addition to our leadership team. His passion for building successful environments will be instrumental as we continue our commitment to growth and sustainability in the women’s game.”
New Director of Women’s and Girls’ Football, Lee Billiard, said: “I’m honoured to be joining LCFC Women at such an exciting point in the Club’s journey. The Club have made huge strides in recent seasons and there is a clear ambition to continue that development. I’m looking forward to working with the players, staff and supporters to help build something long-term and successful here.”
Lee will begin his new role this week ahead of the return of LCFC Women’s players to pre-season training. Fixtures for the 2025/26 Barclays Women’s Super League season will be announced on Thursday 25 July.

So I guess Rantala is one of the players still in negotiations which doesn't give much confidence that she will be staying. She is one of the most important players to try and resign in my opinion.

Surprised at Cain. I thought she'd off to Sweden

Would you sign a player dating the coach of a rival team?

Incredibly common with the women’s game already of players together but playing for rival teams

Aren’t they all still in negotiation?  It says contracts offered rather than agreed/signed.  Or am I missing something?

Was going to say similar, big difference between offering someone a contract and them signing it

The BBC report is a bit misleading as on the official site it says it says that those listed have already signed new contracts and that - Negotiations are on-going with a number of First Team players around their futures on Filbert Way as preparations ahead of the new season continue.

Which would be Rantala and tbh I can't think of who else unless they are looking at some extensions.
