Not a penalty for me, I don't think this is an unnatural position at all. There's nothing that says that defenders need to play with their hands behind their back.

You do see them given but I don't think it fell into the remit of clear and obvious. It comes of his thigh first which usually you get away with

Sure, his hand moves away but he's just had the ball belted straight at him and hitting his body from a distance of a couple of yards!  At this rate, players won't try to work a pass in - just belt it at the defender's body and hope that the force of the shot and reaction of the body means it bounces off the arm at some point.
