The FAB discussed the ongoing media speculation regarding the ownership of

the Club. Club representatives acknowledged the significance of the subject to

supporters and explained that ownership matters are ultimately for shareholders.

A fan advisory board that doesn't advise fans lol

Having read yet another gdpr **** up from the club last night with the pre fcc meeting comms. It really is the same names on the list for years now, many of those are attached to certain supporter groups who have shown time and time again an unwillingness to challenge the football club.

Like the FAB, the FCC members will change after 3 years, but each Supporters Group will have a place on the FCC and its up to each group who represents them, it can be a different person each meeting (which seems to be how the Trust has worked it)

The names and email addresses on that fcc list largely are the same for a good few years now on the supporters club side of things.

Wise for King Power to set a deadline of 16th October they are probably losing a £1 million a day on the valuation of the club with this shit show, can't even be worth half what it was 12 months ago, this time next year it ain't gonna be worth the squads annual wage bill, if this current progress continues.

Aware of one member of the FAB making multiple trips to watch another side this year.

If it’s the one I’m thinking of, I worked with him, huge Man Utd fan, office was decorated with it. Absolute *****

Where have they got it from that away ID checks are wanted?

That would work well at Barnsley this season as tickets were sold on the day to away fans.

I atttended the original your 90 minutes on the subject of away ticket priority. The vast majority of attendees were broadly supportive of ID checks as am I,  given that it is only realistic way of ensuring the system works as intended  We also impressed on the club the need to change the system before intoducing more checks though.

Trying to implement a PL directive when in L1

There are far bigger issues to target at the club for our sudden demise.

Serfs be serfs

We don't want anyone using a ticket not in their name at Blackpool away on the Tuesday night. I hope it's in place by then.

So I guess you believe there should be no away fan loyalty scheme.

It's not about impementing any directive from anyone, it's about protecting the interests of the loyal fans. Is that such a difficult concept to grasp. Why do so many on here abuse fellow fans rather than engage in proper debate.

There absolutely needs to be an away loyalty scheme, albeit one that is fair and accessible; which it isn’t in its current guise. Any scheme should be purely based on away attendance on a rolling period, rather than season tickets as has been suggested for a long time.

With that in place, there shouldn’t be a need to share tickets around as everybody has a fair shot at attending away matches and increasing their priority.

I do believe, however, that there should be some sort of resale structure in place given how far in advance tickets actually go on sale. There’s currently no facility in place should plans change last minute for whatever reason.

Given the massive drop off in demand over the last few years, I honestly don’t believe that sharing references/tickets is big enough an issue to justify ticket collection or ID checks - it’s a pain in the a*se for match going supporters.

I clearly said in my original post that the away ticket scheme needs to change but don't agree that it should be based on away attendance only, those that commit to going to all home games have to be rewarded for their loyalty, however 50 pts is way too many. It should though be on a rolling basis of no more than 5 years, maybe less and there does certainly need to be a resale scheme for sell out and date change matches. Unfortunately when away games sell out as quickly as they often do there will need to be some system in place to ensure tickets only go to those who are entitled to them, there will always be some who abuse any system that is put in place.

Thank you for engaging in dabate, but please try to cut out the fan on fan insults We all on here want the best for the club and this should be a safe place for us all to come and discuss the issues

To be fair how does anyone know if ID checks are required before the system is changed? It might solve accessibility issues and disincentivise sharing references enough by itself.

As a STH who doesn't live anywhere near Leicester and travels back for games I think ID checks are dumb.

Well you said suggestions were welcome and aybe they will not listen but at least we can raise it.

I'm asking for it to be raised again.

Not a criticism of you BTW.

I promised to come back after last nights FCC Meeting - these are my independent observations and I do not represent the cub or anyone else.

we discussed updates on stadium connectivity it was discussed that enhancements are coming.

The away points scheme was discussed at length changes are coming and the club will be sharing its proposals before year end we discussed leaving plenty of time for fans to ask, understand and question. My view is it will be interesting to see reactions. The positive thing is it’s happening and we will all have our own opinions. This topic consumed most time.

we discussed cleaning up data so fans can see their histories and get errors corrected.

we discussed creating away ticket resale platform when people’s circumstances change.

we discussed that 90 minute sessions need to be better advertised, earlier and to see more engagement in person and online. Highlight the next one is coming up end of the month on catering and catering issues.

we discussed the new location of the fan zone and it seems mostly positive, external toilet access, no ticket checks were positives. Maybe it’s a start.

we discussed proposed enhancements to Fan Engagement Framework I don’t see these as of much interest to most fans

reciprocal away fan pricing was already addressed in the FAB minutes

These are the main discussions hopefully the formal minutes will by out more promptly.

Well changes are coming and everyone will have their chance to comment before final implementation the only certain thing is that someone will be unhappy. The issue of tickets ending in the hands of the undeserving will I think continue in any system.

Well this is all very good and it is correct that these issues are being discussed if raised by fans. But should these really be the main discussions when most fans are asking what on earth is happening to this club on the field and how this decline is going to be stopped!

Leta hope it’s not like safestanding where they said they did this but in reality it was the direction they wanted which lo and behold we all ended up with.
