I think thr club should write Skipp off, just tell him he wont be in any future plans and to find another club, he's not even good enough for the bench

I still think he could potentially do a job in a midfield 3, but never gets a chance as we repeatedly appoint managers who will only play 4-2-3-1.

He doesn't have the athleticism for a midfield two or the creativity to be one of the 3 AMs, and never will.

Might be worth dropping all the players out of contract in the summer.

They clearly don’t want be here, so let’s give game time to those who do and see what happens.

This is not mad.   They won't be going in for any 50 50 balls... plus the kids need the minutes... they are the future

NO!

Ricci is out of contract in the summer and is one of the few that give a damn

Winks/James (and Soumare) out of contract too leaving Skipp has our MAIN midfielder

Ayew/Daka/Carrenza all out of contract - so no... doesn't matter ignore this example

Thomas & Faes can still play every game

Keeping players that don’t want to be here is the most stupid thing that a DOF can do - it destroys the dressing room

he's been doing it since riyad wanted out and nothing has changed

it’s fine if things are going well but as soon as we need some character and personality from the players, we’re fooked.  Look at the issues we’ve had over the years with ongoing poor form and our inability to get out of a rut.

And a huge proportion of those calling for action have proclaimed that they're not going to games anymore, IE taking the easy way out and hoping someone else goes in to bat for them.

im not hoping someone else goes in to bat for me.  Everyone is free to make their own decisions....and ive decided not to bat anymore while Rudkins pockets are still being lined.

But pressuambly you hope that the remaining fans turn the heat up on Rudkin and the owner to speed up their departure?

And how is that going so far...?

A succession of failed managerial appointments, 2 relegations from a Champions league qualification place 2 years earlier,  poor recruitment, players leaving on free transfers, an over-inflated wage bill, year-on year losses and the resignation of the CEO...!

I live in hope....but it appears the owner(s) cant see what everyone else can see and its probably only a change of ownership that's going to address/change what's fundamentally wrong with the club

There clearly needs to be an overhaul of the squad, but unfortunately this is still unlikely to fully happen next summer. Aside from Soumare, Daka and Ayew (2026), the contracts of Vestergaard and Faes expire in 2027, Kristiansen and Winks in 2028, and Skipp in 2029.

Assuming neither get a well deserved contract extension.

Hamza the plonker will go beyond June 27 too. He’ll get a new deal purely for the 10,000+ Bangladeshi bots on FB.

And cause he's  always smiling, which so would i on his money and contract.

With Daka, Ayew,,  Soumane, Winks and Ricardo all out of contract what we will have at least is a massively reduced wage bill.

Shift Faes and I think enough of the senior players have gone and with the right signings you’d change the culture dramatically.

What I can’t face is Vesty and Faes for another season after this
