FOXYTALK Posted 13 February Posted 13 February Kind of want Andy King to bring him on board as a coach and subtly let NP manage the team.

There was one guy back in the day who called himself TPH who definitely hated him. He was a very weird guy but the point stands. 1

I remember there being a few who used to call him "NFP" and used to take a particular dislike to his white trainers. 1

Grumpy Fox Posted 13 February Posted 13 February Guys you have got to stop living in the past. Football has moved on. For me Pearson was brilliant, unfortunately his Son was not. My heart would always say yes, get him back, he was the unsung hero of our greatest ever triumph. True fans know this but we have to move on, the game is different now, yes Pearson would come in and kick some deriers but that approach is not sustainable, you have to have the passion, but you also need tactics, a degree in understanding false 1 to 11s, finishers not subs, dieticians, Therapists, Dark arts training commonly known as cheating. Its a new game, Nigel Pearson was and always will be brilliant to me but he is not the future. 2

I don’t trust top and Rudkin but I do trust Nigel to have the clubs best interests at heart.

I respect Dyche’s achievements but some of the mythology around him is a bit much. He was successful at getting a small club to punch above its weight for a number of years before they sacked him, and he’s been sacked from two bigger clubs since. Yet some people talk of him as if he’s Obi-Wan Kenobi. Edited 13 February by ClaphamFox 3

BigGibbo Posted 13 February Posted 13 February We need a firefighter and fast, like last week. If Pearson was willing to come back as the mascot I'd take him at this point. Any serious people in the room would be one more than we have now.
jonah Posted 13 February Posted 13 February I for one loved Pearson when he was here,....but he's not the right man for us now. I propose Vladimir Putin, full of attacking ideas 👍

Happy Fox Posted 13 February Posted 13 February The incompetence is staggering, we really need to protest these clowns out of the door.
BigGibbo Posted 13 February Posted 13 February (edited) I swear everyone immediately smacking down Pearson playing any part in rescuing us is part of a bot farm that Rudkin has paid someone on Fiverr to run. Edited 13 February by BigGibbo 2
fox_favourite Posted 13 February Posted 13 February Just listened to the WYS podcast. Stowell was definitely putting Pearsons name out there. But he is right, hes probably the best man manager. Bring him in with Kingy and fans will be behind the survival push. 2
