Yes.

I am not arguing, interested to hear your point of view.

We have no patterns of play, no energy, lack of motivation, one of the lowest in the league for sprints and ground covered. Individual brilliance has gotten us through some games. I can’t think of one player, other than JJ, who is outperforming his ability. The players have to take ownership, but ultimately it falls on the manager.
I don’t for one second think we should be challenging at the top, but also this squad shouldn’t be in trouble of relegation.

So I am interested in your point of view?

My point of view is that I don’t think we’ve necessarily reached rock bottom yet. That doesn’t mean I think we should keep Cifuentes, but we should at least be aware of the very real possibility that the club sacks him then appoints someone even worse.

Who could be worse than Marti seriously? Anybody would be better even Rowett would be a better option.

And given their recent track record.... thats more than a possibility

Out of curiosity, baring in mind we've just lost at home to Oxford (bottom but one and who's last away win came against Sheffield Wednesday in October)...

I genuinely dont feel it could get any worse. The line up is picked blind folded and theres zero tactics.

I am confident that even some of the worst managers on earth, even those we see as comedic suggestions, could get better results that Marti.

Marti is crap but he’s not the main problem. The main problem is the deep rot that has set in the club under Top’s ‘leadership’ since Vichai’s death. And while Top/KP remain in charge, it absolutely can get worse.

Some of the names in the last few pages shows why we eont get rid of Marti.

No one half decent with a reputation ( Hood one by the way)will want to come here until we get rid of all the mavericks in the summer.

Then it will be a good challenge for a young hungry manager to get us back promoted to the championship!!!

The list is frightening and shows where we are as a club, but can it get any worse!?

nah come on, most of that list are better than we have atm

and also no matter who we appoint some fans wont want him

casing point being a certain Italian manager we appointed over 10 years ago....

Ange is the only manager on the list I'd be happy with.

Some of the other names on there are hilarious.

He’d be a disaster. I get you don’t think defence is important but we need someone who can instil discipline and organise the side.

Come on, I challenge you to make a list of 10 that would be worse. Of course any list would have better managers in it than Marti 😭

I've accepted that defensively we are crap. Need to just maximise our attack and score more than we concede.

Fuchs, he’s slowly turning it around at Newport! Two home wins in a row is something we are desperate for at the moment. Maybe approach him in the summer.

He was a Pearson/Walsh signing so will have that level of grit and determination that once had 10 years ago.

MUSCAT PLEASE

He’s currently employed he won’t be coming here same as Keane, those managerial replacement odds are daft in the extreme.

That's a very real possibility, because with each recent managerial appointment they've been worse.
