Great clubs are full of leaders. Is there one at this club? On or off the pitch?

I genuinely can't think of one.

We have a shit manager with a flawed squad put together by incompetents - somebody shouting on the pitch solves none of that. No good side is any good because they have leaders.

We clearly lack leadership, but what alarms me more is the lack of soldiers. We just don’t seem

to have players who go into a 50-50 and win. Or into an aerial duel and win. Or into a foot race and win. There’s just zero evidence of athleticism anywhere on the field.

Think Reid has shown pretty good leadership of late as has Skipp, apart from that it is depressingly scarce and no true Morgan/Huth style leader. Think Nelson would do best next to one, he doesn’t seem the commanding type

Last night the captain - and leader - in the last few minutes of the game at 2-2 made the most pathetic attempt to stop a cross. And not to mention Fatawu for the equaliser doing the same. We have no one leading by example.

We once had the likes Morgan, Huth (even Wasyl digging people out), Kasper, James, Drinky, Kingy, Vardy - we had a team full of em.

I have noticed Skipp going a bit more full throttle these days to be fair to him, and Jordan James too. But it’s chalk and cheese compared the recent times.

We have the Tiger of Bangladesh with his swashbuckling leadership skills akin to Terry Butcher.

Will do anything for the flag!
