Nothing will change whilst Aiyawatt stays

This manager, that manager, the other manager.

 

Nothing at this football club will ever change, hence the last few appointments.

 

There are many many reasons why and they’ve all been said before.

The culture of this football club is rotten to the core from the top to the bottom. Leadership comes from the Top, we have an owner that is not interested in this football club. and is inexperienced himself. He doesn’t realise that just being here and around means he’s showing an interest himself and the staff and players see that ! It starts with him but he’s reluctant because he’s not interested. 

 

He himself has continued to hire people that are completely out of their depth in terms of football knowledge, expertise and experience. 

 

We have a scouting system that supposedly has relied on so called talent but obviously didn’t do any background checks on their character attitude and application to the cause do we ended up with bad apples on huge contracts given by incompetent people I’ve mentioned previously. 

 

Everything Nigel Pearson built along with Craig Shakesphere, Steve Walsh in terms of culture, good players good attitudes, commitment, hardwork Respect for the club has been smashed to smitherines by these 2 upstairs- no doubt at all !!! 
 

So that’s why it won’t change whatever the manager

It could change if he acknowledged he was a bit out his depth and busy elsewhere and put in a structure of competent people below him to run the club. In fact he'd be better off doing that! By all accounts we had one of them in place with Whelan but she was forced out, we all know where the big problem in the club lies. So there is a way out of this mess for Top, but it requires him to remove the blinkers, make the tough call on Rudkin, appoint an experienced CEO and DoF and then hand over the keys.

Yeah not expecting it to happen either, was more a reaction to the topic title. Watched an old interview with Jack Ma over the weekend where he acknowledged he knows very little about lots of topics, his success comes from hiring experts in these blind spots and listening to them. Basically what Top needs to do.

 

Just hoping there's someone he listens to who can point out that his current "experts" in this scenario may not be that.

My sentiment also Top seems have fallen out of love with Leicester City and hardly ever makes an appearance he gives out his speeches & they’ve said they’ll listen to the fans many times for example KPFC sent out polls in how to heighten the pre match day experience asking about the food and the beer and that damn awful so called Fan Zone which still is all crap so are they really bothered about what we say they didn’t listen to what we said or really implement  anything regarding The fan zone which was an ideal place to promote local businesses within the Leicestershire area micro breweries & quality street food, trouble is they just stick to selling us awful pies & hotdogs in both concourse & Fan Zone & serve us up overpriced fish & chips & that terrible Singha beer !

Sacking Marti likely makes no difference to where we end up at the end of the season.

 

It does shift attention away from another transfer window with zero signings and takes some of the heat away from Top.

 

The next manager will not be the saviour.  The leadership of the club need a clear goal and strategy to achieve that aim.  A 3 or 4 year plan as a minimum but I have no faith that Top and co even look beyond tomorrow.

 

It's a complete shambles and that's on Top.

I think people are finally realising it. 

 

There cannot be anyone listening to that last interview and taking in all the facts over the last few days that who won't start to get on board and realise that change is needed.

 

Those that are still in denial will always be in denial, so we need to crack on without them and start putting more pressure on him to sell, or at the absolute least, get people in who know what they're doing.

Of course it does. He was a bad manager and we can (hopefully) get a better one now.

The tide IS slowing turning

 

Ive seen it with certain people on the Facebook groups, and on my own social media. People only 2 weeks ago laughing at comments about him needing to sell, now saying ‘maybe he does need to sell’

 

 

You’ve still got the old women on Facebook giving it the ‘I support LCFC come what may’ answers though. You’ll never change the likes of them

I am not sure whats happened with the decision makers around Top but we have a load of dross around him. Of course the buck stops with him but I get the feeling unless King Power go under, he will not let go of LCFC due to links of his dad with the club. Its a bit like Callum best trying to be like his dad George but it all goes baps up!

 

The best we can hope for IMO is that Rudkin and some other senior bellends go and we get some good decision makers because at the moment, its a shambles.
