I actually have fond memories of the time we were last in League One - you could get a ticket easily, home or away, good banter with opposition fans, tickets were cheaper, some great pies and pasties in the ground and best of all we had a team that played with passion and desire. It's better than the dross we are being served up with now.

And yes I feel the pain of relegation as much as anyone and can't wait to see the back of the mercenary parasites making a living out of our club and have no shame in putting in half hearted performances such as we saw today.

The problem is, it only happens if there are competent people at the club.

There isn’t.

If Rudkin and Glover are still here, they will just find a worse version of their profile of player to suit the clubs playing strategy and style.

We need a modern day Nigel Pearson to come in and clear the decks and set up a structure. This new DOF seems to be very much a yes man, and achieved little in the game.

Dunno if it’s a weird take?

if you see something shit happening to your club, do you

A. Let it continue quietly saying nothing

B. Try to stop it happening

Anyone who does A is complicit in the shit!

It’s not A v B though…. Loads of ‘fans’ have got caught in that bear trap…

Because I’ve not been on a march or emoted all over the forum about how ‘done’ I am with the club right now, doesn’t make me complicit in our troubles…

Maybe not a weird take, but an ill considered one

Ask me my history with LCFC, how I feel about the club and how I choose to follow it, many might learn something…. Ask any other fan in fact and there is no A v B

Loads who go regularly leave early more often than not and moan about what they’ve seen. They do this all the time and have done for years. Most of these don’t do anything about it.

The same fans don’t choose to protest and don’t choose to vote with their feet or stop buying in the ground.

Then there’s the thousands who ‘back the lads’, applaud Mavididi off the pitch and clap the players at the end of the game during our WORST EVER season.

Do something about the very dying of your club. It’s sickening.

See above

so many assumptions

Go ahead tell us what you have done to impact the future direction of the club away from this slide? Happy to hear the alternative.,

You’ve either A, not listened or B, not understood what I’ve written…

The most that 99% have done on here is beat their chest frankly and it’s quite tedious

Shaun's the type of guy who would let his football teammates run through his wife but still back her because she used to shag him 30 years ago and was his one and only. VDFC till I die lol

About time fans hold the players and the club management responsible.

Peg them in after the Hull home game, don't let them leave in their fancy cars and force them to talk to the supporters outside the stadium, so the fans can vent their anger (without any fisticuffs, of course).

I also renewed 3 season tickets and didn’t rip them up in a fit of peak.

Today was wretched…. It’s now quite clear we are going down and we all understand the implications…. But having this righteous fan base pointing blame at other fans and making up and then believing their own narrative is so misjudged…. So many genuinely believe that they ‘feel it more’

But I’ll be there clapping away the next time (according to many)…. You wont find me casting judgement and calling out others as being complicit for following LCFC in a way in which they choose to do…

So, it’s over, we are down and will go bankrupt. Even if Top would sell who would buy? So what happens next - to the ground, to Seagrave, to the academy? It’s unprecedented- maybe there is a buyer out there??! My lad and I have boycotted for months now but he wants to renew - what do I tell him?

Lots and lots of organisations would buy us and finance us.

But he won't sell. He will destroy us, himself and his family wealth rather than admit defeat

It’s not about feeling it more. It’s about standing by watching the demise and letting it happen. It’s infuriating seeing such incompetent management destroying the club from within, taking us to our lowest point. This isn’t bad luck or a few bad players, they is systemic failure and ineptitude over a sustained period and it’s not a peaks and trough of football, this is a demise that won’t stop until those responsible are removed from position. Sadly not enough people want that it seems, if they do they need to do something.?If they are happy to continue watching whatever path of tippy tappy ineptitude Rudkin has for us next in his sustained success plan, then maybe you are correct it’s time I ‘ got in the bin’ for being worried about the direction of the club.

Still wonder if it's something to do with his mother.

'You're destroying your fathers legacy. Don't  you dare walk away until you sort it out.'

Trouble is, he's incapable of doing so.

Would they though? It’s a huge restructure to make us some way sustainable, is there ever any money in it for anyone? Has anyone local got enough money?

He is incapable of sorting it. If his mother wants to lead a legacy she needs to get some competent business and football people into the club.

American money pumped into Bournemouth, Leeds, Palace, even Birmingham, Wrexham FFS.

There would be numerous funds who'd see a five year flip of, say 400m into 600m

Thing is, all of those were in a lot better financial state than us. Like Wrexham and Bournemouth relatively low overheads. Birmingham 2nd/3rd city, Leeds are a classic seen as sleeping giant. I don’t know if most Americans know where Lichester is?!
