The club died when Tops Father died. Top ain't even half the man his dead was. He (Top) has distorted his(his father) legacy. Never been so disappointed with this club! This has to be worse than the last time we went to league 1.

Not sure I agree with this. Personally think the club thought they were a big club, but had people managing it that were way out of their depth, and belong at a small club.

The club might, the fans certainly don't.

Yeah what really has been the plan after he died?  His dad had planned for a at least a few years ahead but Top has no plan at all. Someone who plays football manager has better plans this the clown.

The club was around for 126 years prior to King Power. This is King Power. The owner who died in a helicopter crash appointed Rudkin as director of football. Our current issues began the day Nigel Pearson left the club and we moved away from his upward management.

Yeah agree.  Tops king powers killed the club.

I genuinely believe Brendan Rodgers was the beginning of the end. That poisonous **** should be blamed for a lot of this. That and that little boy Top who couldn’t run a bath.

Still shocked why there aren’t people running onto the pitch

Yep he' started this debacle, I don't know who's more at fault him or those that let him get away with him selling snake oil?

It’ll be OK.  Of course LCFC will continue.  So much hysteria here!

It won’t, it’s insolvent now. It 2 years it will be wound up and gone. Someone might start a new club but that’s not got the history etc.

So on one thread we’ve got people saying the club is already essentially bankrupt, and will inevitably cease to exist in a couple of years.  Then on another thread we’ve got people saying that no one should buy tickets, so that we can starve the club of funds and force Top out.  But surely if the club is already set for closure, what’s the point in boycotting games?  We might as well make the most of football while we can?   After all, if it’s already a done deal, what’s the point of any kind of protest?

So tell me, which of the multitude of experts on here is correct?

Sorry if this is the wrong thread, but does anyone know when Fatawu's next Merchandise drop is?

I’m watching his film at the min, I’ll let you know when it’s done.

Genuinely never been so angry with this football club. We've had some rough times in years gone by but this is a totally new level of sheer incompetence and mismanagement. To reach the heights we did, just to then end up in league one is verging on criminal. Ridiculous recruitment, ridiculous contracts and wages, awful managerial decisions. The list could go on and on. The club we love has been destroyed from the inside out and so many of our fans dont even realise it. Makes me feel sick to think what we have blown.

Its mad he gets blamed when literally every other manager we've had has been shite. It's the club.

You can throw your annoyance at Rodgers. But his actual point, with or without him after the Forest game was bang on. The squad needed a refresh. Player trading needed to be done

Are you rage baiting?  Rodgers was the start, look how it started to get toxic at Celtic, MON had to save the day.  He's good for a couple of seasons, but don't let him bring his own players in!

He won us the fa cup and got us into Europe twice. Yes, he has a shelf life but it's not his fault rudkin is shite at selling players. The problems existed before and after Brendan.
