But given that I have cancelled my Season Ticket for next year and therefore a ban from the ground would have no effect, the temptation to smack her one, was incredibly hard to resist there was a woman with her cohort of loyalists sat a couple rows infront of me next to the barrier between sk1 and g1 and every time I shouted or booed at winks etc she would try and clap like a seal to drown me out and then would turn around and stare at me and mutter something 1

Corky Posted 26 April Posted 26 April Sheffield Wednesday fans accepted this short term pain of not winning and playing virtually a youth team for the longer term gain of having Chansiri out. Yes, their support is very good in the circumstances but we will see what it is like under new ownership. We have the highest paid squad in the division. We have received over a billion pounds in TV and prize money in the last 12 years and are close to running out of cash. Oh and the bloke who "masterminded" the league title isn't here anymore. There was a little known crash a few years ago. Apart from that, spot on. Gets you a few likes on Twitter and being a top fan 1

From the coverage it looked like there was a 'normal' fan nearby shouting abuse/booing and without making assumptions I think she's almost responding to that... you'd be seething wouldn't you 1

Also the Sheffield Wednesday players have been giving their all, all season, they just did not have the quality. No fan of this club or most cubs is ever going to criticise effort. Our bunch of so called players on the other hand have been tossing it off all season until they decided to 'give it a try' in the last 20 minutes against Hull. 3

I was so ****ing right about this. I was saying this a while ago. I knew there was something very abnormal about it all. There are things that have happened in the last two years that have made me realise I have absolutely nothing in common with any of these people. They're not on the same side as me, and they haven't been for far longer than I realised. spot on, and it really makes me question what it means to be a fan and whether I even am one at this point. There's nothing about the players and board room of this club that I like or respect but fine, none of that is permanent - but it's even our fanbase. I find commonality with those on here and on twitter going two footed on the club at every opportunity but the happy clappers on r/lcfc and these lot who will gladly see us down into the national league north playing at the saffron lane athletics ground so long as they get a free can of chang and can talk about how they've been going for 572 years and we've never been a massive club, as if just being born earlier makes you a better fan or as if our entire history hasn't been as a top flight to second division yo-yo club and this is unprecedentedly bad... I've no shared connection with them. And if I hate the players, the board and huge swathes of the fans, what else is actually left? 3

Aquascutum scarf in August type stuff. It's half what I see about the P block stuff. Videos of Leicester fans giving it the big West Ham Irons signs the other night with their hands and singing about them to Millwall.

Guest Mickyblueeyes Posted 27 April Posted 27 April In 5 years time when we are still picking up the pieces from the Aiyawatt regime - hopefully with his long gone. I bet you UFS and their members will still be here. I also bet you those clapping along - dying in a ditch for their thai overlord, will not. I put money on it. This period will be a culture switch for a fanbase that went "soft" and when I mean soft I dont mean we revert to knuckle dragging imbeciles. I mean we have gone soft because we have no pride in our team anymore. In our badge. In what it represents. I am certain with the amount times the anti KPFC brigade have been proven wrong, what will come from this anger is a sense of protection we should never ever lose.
