Canada will still be ahead of them due to better goal difference overall, goals scored in the group and a better h2h disciplinary record (Canada got 2 yellows in their game, Bosnia got 3).

New format causing the third round games to basically be all dead rubbers. How many games will actually have qualifying on the line? 2 or 3 to decide the last couple of 3rd place loser qualification slots?
