as for Administration, I’d like to think promotion would’ve saved us but the talk from club about some of this seasons signings, “experience and should be playing at a higher level”, makes me think that they could be wages that are unsustainable even in the championship.

Yes,  especially with the length of some of those contracts handed out lately, like four years for Riis, even though that was probably the only way we were going to get him from Bristol! Similar for Cullen and Burns too I think!

It’s definitely a gamble and with Martin I don’t personally think it’s going to pay off, we need a street wise manager at this level to get us promoted, Martin is all show without substance.

Why it points to  a bigger problem. I think it doesnt matter a jot who the manager, someone else is pulling the strings (Jon Rudkin)

They’d never entertain going for an experienced lower league manager like Challinor. 
Rather try and fail with Mr Ego all while trying to be mini Man City in league 1.

Exactly, this is why its pointless looking for a new manager, they are out of ideas. The only real hope is that maybe Top finally realises Rudkin is shit after he got his man and we were still rubbish.

Keeping him in post is unlikely to have any positive impact as well. So imo it’s better to part ways and get someone competent that can get us promoted because the outlook is bleak if we don’t get promoted.

We aren't going to get anyone competent with these clowns making the decisions, it will likely be someone even less competent as per the last 5 managers.
