Another proper centre half who can command the box. Need to shift Souttar (alongside the deadwodd of Okoli abd Faes), absolute liability

We do seem much stronger in attacking positions. We also have massive numbers at centre back but if we could shift 2 of Souttar, Faes and Okoli at least, you might be able to justify 1 addition here. 
 

Left back I can’t see us doing anything whilst we have Thomas and McFarlane. Obviously it’s only 1 game he was out so let’s see what happens with McFarlane, and if Martin is still in the job. If he is and he’s fallen out with McFarlane then new left back.

He’s been a consummate professional and conducted himself well. He’s not been a disruptive influence. He’s also not made any disparaging comments about the club and he’s trained well.

All things that Martin has said about faes and some others that were looking to leave. 

Honestly, faes might make some mistakes and their his arms around but he's still the best footballing defender that we're paying.

back in July Martin said it was not guaranteed that Faes would be  in his plans. Just this last week  he said that wout and culibaly cojld be back soon, but I’m not aware of any nice words he’s actually said similar to what he has about Souttar

You missed the bit in the report on Faes and Coulibaly where they'd "trained really well".

If we can move on Bobby Reid then would like to see us bring in Luca Thomas from AFC Fylde. 22 years of age and can play either wing and striker.

We should go for Teddy Sharman-Lowe from Chelsea, Leicester lad, and is a decent GK.

Get Filip Marschall on loan from Milwall. Doesn't treat the ball like it's a ticking time bomb, had a fantastic season for Stevenage last season and got 19 clean sheets in League 1.

 

Currently just sat on Milwall's bench.

Out of contract next summer as well if he comes in and does well.
