Leicester 0 - Oxford 4

Leicester 1 - Peterborough 3

I think the Peterborough game. They were 23rd and it seems no lessons have been learnt since the Oxford game and they too were a Championship club last year.

It's somewhat irrelevant, we'll have to suffer these sort of results until Martin is sacked.

Oxford came down with us last year, so you could at least argue they’re on our level. Posh have been in this league for donkeys, and probably haven’t had an easier game in that time. Yesterday was worse.

Peterborough. Although transfer-embargoed Oxford is embarrassing enough.

Even in East Anglia, Peterborough are barely recognised. Even Cambridge United, who play next to allotments, are better regarded. Obviously, Norwich are the lowest point.......

Oxford, because it was a proper trouncing.

Peterborough had a new-manager bounce (with an ex-Leicester legend at the helm - the script was written) as well as some decent luck with at least two of their goals. Doesn't make it palatable, but it wasn't a proper drubbing like Oxford.

Peterborough without any doubt.

It's later into the season so less excuse about team gelling. Peterborough have started worse than Oxford, Savage told everyone his game plan in advance, we've had 3 weeks of training and build up to plan during the international break, it was game over by HT whereas Oxford was a later collapse. Oh and were now 17th, I don't think we were that low after Oxford.

Irrelevant. The humbling against Doncaster next week will feel even worse.

We're getting worse each game. And its not a new pattern. We've been on decline for a very long time now and not worked out how to apply the brakes.

Until we recognise what's going wrong, and by we I mean the club itself it's never going to get better.

2 years ago I went to the following games in a week:

Walsall 0 - 0 Leicester (P)

Leicester 1 - 1 Everton

Arsenal 4 - 2 Leicester

At the time I said that this was the worst run of fixtures - footballing wise - that I would ever likely see. We were abject in the first 2 and got battered in the 3rd.

This has now totally changed. In the last 2 weeks I've seen:

Barnsley 1 - 1 Leicester

Stevenage 2 - 1 Leicester

Leicester 1 - 3 Peterborough

That's what a lot of pundits and journalists have avoided or unaware of. The drop off is criminally bad. It's not just a downward turn - it's kamikaze into oblivion.

But it has taught me one thing : there is no lower bar. It can get worse for this particular listing ship. We're not at the bottom yet.
