Milky Posted 18 January 2006 Share Posted 18 January 2006 * AZ Alkmaar, who have been linked with Joey Gudjonsson, are unlikely to move for the City midfielder before the end of the season. It is understood the Dutch club are only interested in signing him in the summer when he is out of contract - and are therefore unlikely to make an offer to City. this was in the mercury today. Cat Burger Posted 18 January 2006 Share Posted 18 January 2006 similar to MDV??? MDV is more like 90kg! I'm 180 cm (around 6 ft) and I weigh 71 kg (normal size)... He'd look more like Fryatt I guess... Ok, thanks. Not used to this metric stuff (it is known as metric right?)
andyh1884 Posted 18 January 2006 Share Posted 18 January 2006 There's some comedian on football rumours who reckons we're doing a swap deal with rangers, swapping De Vries for Nacho Novo. Not sure which rangers they're talking about. Answers on a post-card, I reckon Highfield Rangers

Tommy Posted 20 January 2006 Share Posted 20 January 2006 100% true. Leicester are moving in on two players one player kevin Mc naughton from aberdeen in a deal which will see dion dublin go in the oppsite direction. And a loan deal of Muzzy Izzet as he is becoming more and more increasingly unsettled by his injury proned career at Birmingham. Im a friend of Matt Elliot who is still in contact with the club. reynard Posted 20 January 2006 Share Posted 20 January 2006 Was talking to a spers fan in the pub last night and he said we should look at their reserve striker lee barnard who apparently scored 17 goals in 17 starts for their reserves last season and isn't getting a look in at their first team level. he also said he was scoring quite freely this season and a lot of fans think he should be in their 1st team squad instead of Raziak(pardon the spelling0 anyone know anything about him?? Collymore Posted 21 January 2006 Share Posted 21 January 2006 Leicester city will place a bid of £200 000 for Aberdeen defender Kevin McNaughton later next week. also as arsenal have just signed Theo walcott current loanae Ryan smith will fall down the pecking order even further at highbury and in the summer Leicester will try to sign him for a cut price of £1.5 million but only if their still in the championship Stoke City Director of football John Rudge is considering an offer to take up the same post at Leicester City.
