OriginalRobboFOX Posted 18 December 2006 Author Posted 18 December 2006 live life, have fun n all that we were winning, i felt this was cause for a wave.. it took you about 10-15 minutes to get the bloody thing started. If I was playing I'd be pi55ed off because its like you cant be arsed to watch the quality football we were playing...
Durnerz Posted 18 December 2006 Posted 18 December 2006 it took you about 10-15 minutes to get the bloody thing started. If I was playing I'd be pi55ed off because its like you cant be arsed to watch the quality football we were playing... Cheer up Scrooge
Daggers Posted 18 December 2006 Posted 18 December 2006 Maybe it was an expression of relief that we were seeing an attempt at football again? Maybe it was because people had downed a couple of pre-Christmas warmers? Whatever, it was funny ~ waves are always funny. Being a fan of fun I joined in. I remember people being a touch grumpy last time too - boo!
Manwell Pablo Posted 18 December 2006 Posted 18 December 2006 If theres one thing our shity round stadiums is good for, it's mexican waves. I quite enjoyed it TBH.
john_lcfc Posted 18 December 2006 Posted 18 December 2006 If theres one thing our shity round stadiums is good for, it's mexican waves. I quite enjoyed it TBH. agreed, may i just add i didnt start it,, the kop started it and i was stood in another part of the ground near the visiting supporters
Matt Posted 18 December 2006 Posted 18 December 2006 And we wonder why people moan about the atmosphere?!
Jimmy Posted 18 December 2006 Posted 18 December 2006 And we wonder why people moan about the atmosphere?! exacty, waves are an easy way to get 1 going and when at filbo the kop used to change chant after tha wave went through it, thats all that was missing from it on saturday
Phube Posted 18 December 2006 Posted 18 December 2006 I'm all for Mexican waves, but as MON put it ONLY if we're 3-0 up and there's 5 mins left. NOT 2-0 up with 30 minutes left!!!! It's just tempting fate!!!!!
Kilworthfox Posted 18 December 2006 Posted 18 December 2006 ...... really were embarrasing on Saturday. We were beating a team condemned to relegation and whats that??..... oh the waves come out.... hurrah... I for one didn't wave.... What about the hooray's when we managed to pass to another 1 of of teamates, did you hooray?
Dr The Singh Posted 18 December 2006 Posted 18 December 2006 I'm all for Mexican waves, but as MON put it ONLY if we're 3-0 up and there's 5 mins left. NOT 2-0 up with 30 minutes left!!!! It's just tempting fate!!!!! It just shows how shite we are, the fans are doing waves without the outcome settled, the fans were just happy to be in the lead and it doesn't happen very often so why not make the most of it!!!
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 18 December 2006 Author Posted 18 December 2006 What about the hooray's when we managed to pass to another 1 of of teamates, did you hooray? im all for hoooraying... HOOOORRAAAYYYYYY!!!!! BOOOOOO!!!!

Leicester Lass Posted 18 December 2006 Posted 18 December 2006 Did you see Elvis' attempted overhead kick. If that had of gone in I probably would have got his face tatooed on my back. I did indeed. But then I also saw his fantastic goal-line clearance from Kisnorbo's header
Manwell Pablo Posted 18 December 2006 Posted 18 December 2006 Did you see Elvis' attempted overhead kick. If that had of gone in I probably would have got his face tatooed on my back. Would of looked good with your new breasts.
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 18 December 2006 Author Posted 18 December 2006 I did indeed. But then I also saw his fantastic goal-line clearance from Kisnorbo's header That was probably the best back header I've ever seen. Elvis is becoming a 'cult hero'...
Kilworthfox Posted 18 December 2006 Posted 18 December 2006 That was probably the best back header I've ever seen. Elvis is becoming a 'cult hero'... all he had to do was stick it left or right blokes just shit
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 18 December 2006 Author Posted 18 December 2006 Would of looked good with your new breasts. They've long since been deflated...
