Understand Trevaskis been told to stay away and won't play for the club again.Patel Hill Cox Trev that's 4 good players already gone wonder who's next?

How are they going to resolve that, he's contracted until 2027. Only 26 as well, many good years left for a spin bowler.

Yep...what about Farooq. Doing good things with England U19's. They say this new lad can bat too but looking at his stats recently...they don't suggest that!

Thomas has obviously lost the dressing room...Trevaskis is a very handy player

Another 7 wickets for Farooq in the Under-19 test just finished.

I tended to feel that Sean Jarvis rather over communicated as Chief Exec, and was somewhat prone to the hyperbolic. However, by way of contrast, his replacement appears to be the opposite. I haven't heard anything from her. Add to this the rumours of arguments and fall outs in the camp and it doesn't paint a pretty picture, sadly.

Perhaps we've paid him off and part-settled on the balance of his contract, although that seems unlikely given the CC fixtures remaining and the chance that the pitches will be reasonably spin-friendly?

Sean Jarvis didn't over communicate when he was asked questions like how come Northants and Derby are able to make a profit it was straight to the block button.

He played the one day friendly the other day.

Not in the squad and not mentioned as injured.

This season performances have been poor and pissing off and Alienating good pros who are leaving or sidelined and replacing them with reserve level players Very difficult not to think we are going backwards at a frankly alarming rate.

I think a big performance in the one day cup is needed else even people like me who are big fans of Alfonso, Taylor and Henderson and appreciate county cricket is nowhere near as reactionary as football will be baying for blood.

The problem being is that a coach shouldn’t put personal problems with players over the good of the team.
I’m the opposite of you as I don’t like Henderson and Thomas at all but I’ll give them the benefit if we have a good 1 day tournament.

Problem is if you've got an ego problem you'll do this and Thomas clearly has one!

Selection of the XL shouldn't just be down to the Head Coach, though. The captain should have a big input.

I also thought that one of the original intentions behind appointing a DOC was to line manage the players and take that responsibility away from the Head Coach. So if a player has been disciplined, surely that would have been Henderson's decision and not Thomas'.
