He may see that Leicester have more potential than Bristol City... lets face it... they aren't going up and they aren't going to be staying up at the top of the league much longer.

Leicester City over Bristol City... I would jump ship as I'm sure he would be able to sort us out. :)

All I know is that people suggesting Walsh or Gerry are Idiots. City ledgends but certainly not the men to take leicester out this mess. Walsh has failed in everything he has done since leaving city, becoming the manager now would be a disaster for him and the club

John Barber the fecking **** has just laughed at my suggestion of Kenny Jackett!! He says "Kenny who" and then they both started laughing.

Fecking sheep shagging arsehole.

:D

Reckon it might be Dowie, he must be desperate to get out of Coventry atm ;)

Hope it isn't though.

Don't think so - everybody at Bristol City seems really happy with the way things are going, a decent team, a talented manager.

I don't see why he'd want to come here and be under pressure.

Erm... so why is Jewell everyone's favourite?

Not denying he would be good, but he said no only a couple of months ago!

Gary Johnson for me or Simon Grayson with a bit of help from Brian Little.

He's one of the favourites for the Port Vale job, but would make a great director of football.

Would love to see Stevey Walsh at the helm with Taggart helping out, don't think it will happen, Simon Grayson might be a good choice now that Blackpool are slowing down. Paul Jewell would bring great experience too, but no to anyone else.

As far as Walshie goes deffo not manager but I do think he should be involved at the club in some role, possibly the same way Taggert was coaching the kids, got to be good having the guy aroundat the club.

Jewell but if he turned Bolton down can't see him coming.

Chris Coleman would be my next choice but the options are limited.

Why is steve bruce a option??????????

John Gregory is bound to apply and may well get the job.

But tbh we need someone like Steve Staunton possibly  or Gerry and Walshy to put some passion back in the team.

But most importantly we need a manager who's tactics are not to play with 7 defenders but a manager who wants attacking flowing arsenal-esque football!!
