Fez of Mahrez Posted 1 November 2007 Posted 1 November 2007 :laugh: I went there last year and it was one of my highlights of the season but some **** broke into my car last weekend and I'm having to shell out £100 for a replacement window so have had to knock this one on the head this time out. Really gutted but it makes sense to miss this one seeing as I can still see it on Sky. Means I can make Bristol City instead. After the experience last night though I found myself checking whether I could get next Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning off work and a Travelodge in Preston. Moron. Enjoy.

The People's Hero Posted 1 November 2007 Posted 1 November 2007 It was brilliant last time I went, but: 1) I've already spent too much and shouldn't really have gone to Chelsea. 2) I'm at a dinner dance that day. Shame because when you pick out the fixtures you want to do (as is the want of us part-time glory boys) well, this was one I fancied.

I was tempted to add a "Who's sitting where at Layer Road?" but decided that was taking things a little too far! Bristol City should be good, I have already sorted out a good hotel cheaply, and a night out is definitely on the cards. Unfortunately it involves the in-laws. Only joking Sir F!!
