lookwhaticando Posted 12 November 2007 Posted 12 November 2007 I am my own role model. I'm just too good to be ignored, and since nobody else wants me as a role model, I decided to have install myself as my own role model. It's a vicious circle... I look to myself for advice, but all I get is a blank stare. To make matters worse, I have to express disappointment in my role model (myself) when he does something I don't approve of. Just the other week, my role model failed to stay within his alcohol limits and he ralphed everywhere - including a pint glass (twice). I was deeply unimpressed. At the same time, though, I was impressed that he managed to put away that much alcohol to begin with... he's usually quite the lightweight... so I refrained from telling myself off for that one, I just enjoyed the ride instead... sorta. Other than that... I don't really look up to anyone apart from those within my family, for various reasons.
Dr The Singh Posted 12 November 2007 Posted 12 November 2007 I have many role models, including millionaires, pop stars, footy players, porn stars, page 3 photographers, anything to do with the sex industry, and money making world!!!

riski Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 King Arthur and his Noble Knights No one doubts your courage, but you are a headstrong knight and when you choose a way you cannot change your course even if it lead to your destruction. That is your fault and your destiny. The Acts of King Arthur and his Noble Knights Chivalric Code In war, the chivalrous knight was idealized as brave in battle, loyal to his king & God, and willing to sacrifice himself for the greater good. Knightly Virtues (or the Virtues of a Knight) were part of a mediaeval chivalric code of honour. There is no definitive list of virtues, but among the most important and most frequently mentioned are: Courage - Justice - Mercy Generosity - Faith - Nobility - Hope thats why im proud to be english
Alexikokopops Posted 16 December 2007 Posted 16 December 2007 Out of all the people in the world, who would you say you look up to most, i.e. who is your role model...probably best to only pick one person/thing. Has anyone made a joke about a really tall person? Maybe an early to mid-90s Leicester player? If not then just fill in the gaps.
