Simi Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Resign you ****. Don't you dare hold out for the compensation.
purpleronnie Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 A call out to all england fans. Please please please please now realize we are a very average side, with a poor manager and ran by a terrible fa. I won't go into all the details why thats so, but I'm sure you know. Please please let this be a reality check.
Asha Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 The conditions didn't help... Tbh i couldn't give a fook. 0-0 at home to Macedonia 0-2 away at Croatia 1-2 away at russia 2-3 at home to croatia. Results like that deserve to put you out.
Ultra Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 He has to go. But he has to take his overpaid thieving underachieving midfielders with him. Gerrard and Lampard were an absolute disgrace tonight. The pair of them should be howled off the park at every club away game they play until the end of the season.
Bert Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 What a ****. Coffee and a brolly on the touchlines of a footbal match. ****.

Stuliasz Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 The entire management of England from McLaren, right up to the bigwigs at the FA just need to be cleared out and started from afresh. The fact is we were outclassed and embarrassed by a side, a country who were clearly far more organised in the entire setup than us and who simply have a better team - maybe not man for man on paper but in reality, they are a better team and that is so depressing I might just go and cry.
filbertway Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Not bad results. Please, Please please stop saying that, all of you.And yes potter, I will Fook it they are. Although under McLaren, no I suppose they're terrific results for him, but under a decent manager... no.
Asha Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 It's nights like this that make you pay for ancestry fanatics to track down your ancesters in the hope that your great grandad once visited one of the countries who will be in Austria/Switzerland next year. Doesn't matter which, Romania maybe...
Bert Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Not bad results. Please, Please please stop saying that, all of you.And yes potter, I will Sometimes i just think, TWAT.
Thracian Posted 21 November 2007 Posted 21 November 2007 Deservedly beaten by a balanced team who played football for each other and had the individuals to supply a bit of class. I thought well done when England came out second half and developed a bit of momentum. They pressured a bit, got a soft but justified penalty, equalised and then predictably, pathetically and fatally stopped playing with tempo, sat back and tried to hold the draw. It's the worst thing about McLaren and he's not alone. He simply never learns. There is no turn off time in football. You win games by maintaining pressure. What earthly reason did we have to change what we were doing to get the two goals back? As it was as soon as we slowed the tempo, Croatia found gaps and how dangerous they looked going forward. Wayne Bridge looked abyssmal in a defence that looked about as sound as a dam wall with holes in. The only hope now is that our embarrassment will lead to a revolution in English football and a change of emphasis. We need faster, more accurate/imaginative passing, better understanding and movement, more players with individual skills who are confident enough to use them and far more players capable of backing attacks and scoring goals. Great save by Carson second half though I don't know if he knew much about it. Cracking goal from Crouch. Otherwise singularly uninspiring and the final outcome - European Championship oblivion - nothing more than I expected and predicted from McLaren. One other point too. Considering the two days the team spent doing preparatory work our free kicks and corners were awful. Presumably McLaren will be out of the job by the time I post this.
