Calum McDermott Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 I would like him to sign a creative midfielder as i think we do not create enough clear cut chances. Also a left sided midfielder would be useful. Andrew Surman of Southampton. Nathan Dyer of southhampton. Tom Soares of Crystal Palace. ... any suggestions?
Simi Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 Jason Kou....Sorry... sorry. I'll go. On loan? Surely a possibility.
Koke Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 I want Robert Earnshaw. The shaggers are wasting him. And Dean Leacock. And Matt Oakley. Defo Giles Barnes as well.
Darkzzz_ Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 Who I would like:- Messi, Kaka, Van Nistelrooy Who we will get:- Lawrie Dudfield, Ade Akinbiyi and Junior Lewis
Calum McDermott Posted 27 November 2007 Author Posted 27 November 2007 Jason Kou....Sorry... sorry. I'll go. haha that would be great !!!!!!
Finnegan Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 On loan? Surely a possibility. Narh he's getting first team football. I have to be honest, for the first time EVER - Rob Earnshaw is a vague possibility though. I mean, seriously, I will behave, I'm not saying we're going to sign him or even that we could afford him or whatever. But we've seen it before, he goes to the Prem, doesn't get played, drops back down in January to a wealthier championship side. And he'd not have to move far, if at all, to come here.
Geo V Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 I'm bored of transfers. I now want us to get the best out of DJ, Hume, Fryatt, King, Clem and the rest of the squad. I`d also like the highly rated youngsters like Weso, Stearman, Sheehan, Chambers and Mattock to actually play consistently well although I haven't been around for a month and don't know if they are in fact "doing it" already. Maybe including Weso is unfair as before he got injured he was one of our best performers.
General Smuts Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 Lee Cook at Fulham. He's just handed a transfer request in on football manager so its a done deal.

ronnup Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 John Bostock? Nathan Dyer? We'll get none of em. Perhaps like you say, get King, Dudley, Kaebi etc playing as a unit with a strong enough defence and left hand side, King as cover for Clem and Weso. i'm happy. Spend all the money we have on Fullop, cos he'll cost the earth.
ithuriel Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 who looks good from the plymouth squad? i would think the new manager might look to bring in a player or two he already knows.
The Stig Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 Surely this thread should be in transfer talk? Anyway while i'm hear a striker who can finish would be nice, ship out Cort and Elvis.
Finnegan Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 Can I add that I'd much rather see us sign Fulop long term than make ANY new signing. I think if we fail to capture him he'll be one of the biggest losses at this football club in the last fook knows how long. I mean that sincerely.
MPH Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 Leroy lita is unhappy at his lack of first team football at reading.....

I think if we fail to capture him he'll be one of the biggest losses at this football club in the last fook knows how long. I mean that sincerely. This man is talking a lot of sense here.

I think if we fail to capture him he'll be one of the biggest losses at this football club in the last fook knows how long. I mean that sincerely. Couldn't agree more... I really really hope MM has been sneaky enough to put a future fee in that loan contract, because he is an outstanding keeper......
Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 Defo get Fulop in, I'm now more than confident in our goalkeepers ability, more than I can say about the clowns Hendo and Rab C Douglas! I reckon Fulop would be up for it too, seems to be enjoying his football.
Calum McDermott Posted 27 November 2007 Author Posted 27 November 2007 who looks good from the plymouth squad?i would think the new manager might look to bring in a player or two he already knows. Dan Gosling is 16 and meant to be a real talent!
Staf Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 I would like Ebank-Blake and Stuart Fleatword (spelling)
Finnegan Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 Stuart Fleetwood? As in the Welsh failure now playing in the Conference? I'm not even Welsh-loving enough to suggest that. He should have stuck to the egg chasing.

He should have stuck to the egg chasing. You know more about him than me but he has been scoring loads of goals and Sheffield Wednesday and someone else were linked with him
Brainy Posted 27 November 2007 Posted 27 November 2007 He was a failure at League 2 Hereford last year, no thanks.
