This season I bought a season ticket on the back of falsely raised hopes and so far, aside from a photo op with Filbert the only reward I have received has been a free hat courtesy of those nice people from the MBNA. I want a scarf or something. I want something from you that says "Sorry for cocking it up during the summer" and "Thank you for sticking with me, I promise to turn this around". I don't think that is too much to ask.
