foxes-are-blue Posted 15 February 2008 Posted 15 February 2008 Okay then, IF the season was starting tomorrow how many of you would be renewing your season ticket? Walshy was going on about a number of his friends not taking on their boxes again next season, loads of people I know have said no way it's garbage! I have to bribe my son to go and when he does go after about 20 mins he wants to go underneath and watch the tele and kick a bottle about. Average crowds 18-19K, what do you think?

WetFlannel Posted 15 February 2008 Posted 15 February 2008 I would if I had the money and time. I'll still manage to get to a few games though.
Floating Fox Posted 15 February 2008 Posted 15 February 2008 No  I've been to plenty of home games this year and tomorrow is the first time I've paid - £3!
Guest Posted 15 February 2008 Posted 15 February 2008 I'd still renew mine. I support them through thick and thin (even if the last few years have been extremely thin ) EDIT: Although actually it's probably cheaper with all the offers that the Club seem to throw about to buy individual match tickets

It's difficult to say because a new season by definition offers a clean slate having had the chance to regroup. Having said that my son is not going tomorrow with his ST and if I hadn't go one already I doubt I'd be forking out £20+
termite111 Posted 15 February 2008 Posted 15 February 2008 i would with out a doubt, we will get better one day and i'm not going to miss that when we do i've been through all the pain of the past few seasons so i'm defo gonna watch us win next year. Mind you only if holliways in charge and no numpty. ( dowie )
Matt Posted 15 February 2008 Posted 15 February 2008 Isn't this the same as this thread just worded differently? But i'll state my case again - I said after Tuesday's game i'm not bothering to go on Saturday, Infact i've said it many times this season, then you have to ask the question, what would you do on Saturday's? If you weren't there would you still listen to the game on the radio? I know the likelyhood is I would, However much i'm pissed off, or hate it, I couldn't just not care or bother with Leicester, and if I didn't have a season ticket, chances are i'd still go to the majority of games so not only would I be depressed watching City lose week in week out, but i'd be more out of pocket aswell because buying individual tickets cost's more than Season Tickets, I worked out a few years ago (So not sure if it's still correct, with price changes, e.t.c) but with a Season Ticket you can afford to miss around 5 games and still have a better deal than buying individual tickets.
Nath Posted 15 February 2008 Posted 15 February 2008 I cant actually believe im saying this, but i really dont know. Not so much the commitment side, more on the money side.
Guest Posted 15 February 2008 Posted 15 February 2008 EDIT: Although actually it's probably cheaper with all the offers that the Club seem to throw about to buy individual match tickets No it's not.
Dames Posted 15 February 2008 Posted 15 February 2008 Nope. Theres just no excitement in it for me anymore. The crowds only sing when were winning. The players really don't give 2 shits. The stewarding is over the top. I've given up on the place. Why would you fork out nearly £400 for that shit?

Just over 200 quid for me I got the cheap season tickets, In either corner of the West Stand, and I know someone who bought a cheap Season Ticket like me and he just goes in the ticket office before the games and move his ticket for the game for free.

Because next season is part 3 of the 3 season plan to get us back into the premiership. Will that happen? Of course it will...
Unit Posted 15 February 2008 Posted 15 February 2008 This season I didn't have a job so couldn't get a season ticket, i've had to pay on the door for every game ($$$$$$$$$$$$) next season, no matter what, i'll still go to every home game and a few away games.
SamL Posted 15 February 2008 Posted 15 February 2008 £400?!?! My ticket cost £10 short of £500. Will I renew next season? Yes. Why? I like your optimism but it's going to take a lot longer than that. Next season is year 2 of the 3 year plan because last season wasn't part of it. I'll still get a season ticket, whereabouts I don't know. Most of the away games as well.
Super Arj Posted 15 February 2008 Posted 15 February 2008 they dont deserve 18-19k with their performance but thats about right though i will be renewing my ticket because its a good laugh and occasionally leicester win too!! and i love lcfc too
