Mort Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 Dont see any reason why Coleman wouldnt wind up with Cov... not much in the way of backing for a manager there, but still it's an established championship club, he's hardly likley to reemerge in the Prem in the near future - if he were to wait longer he might get a better offer, but i cant see Cov being a bad move for him... so i wouldnt be surprised to see somone like Coleman pitch up there.
Daggers Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 Dont see any reason why Coleman wouldnt wind up with Cov... £20,000,000 to spend in the summer...
Nath Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 never no in footballseen News of the World today lads ? News of the World? The very paper that also said today that Glenn Roeder is being lined up to join us?
Messi Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 never no in footballseen News of the World today lads ? Never Believe them. they Reckon that Holloway will get Sacked And we will get Glenn Roeder
SamL Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 How many tickets are coventry gonnah give us. Is this meant to be a sarcastic comment? We were given 3063 tickets, of which all but 300 have been sold.
Bezzanator89 Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 Never believe NOTW rumours my friend. Very inaccurate record of transfer rumours. I fancy our chances for the double over Coventry if we pull off the same performance as on Saturday. That means...being...*gulp*...consistant...
sidwell Posted 17 February 2008 Posted 17 February 2008 We will do the double over the scum no worries and also doyle won't be there to play against us again as he got sent off against WBA:appl: which i didnt think it was a red so hopefully if they appeal it gets rejected we will win this , im thinking a 2-0 again c'mon u leicester
Manwell Pablo Posted 18 February 2008 Posted 18 February 2008 If they play as badly as they have been even we'll be able to stuff them at home. However it's a derby they're at home so I doubt they will be as lack lusture, draw for me. We Always draw at Cov.

It should never have been a red in the first place. How Doyle got a red and Carsley's tackle the other week went un-noticed I do not know.
Tube Bar Rich Posted 18 February 2008 Posted 18 February 2008 Coventry are in total disarray. After the confidence boosting win at the weekend I can't possibly see any way where we will lose this game. Now I know this may seem over optimistic but I really think we are turning the corner. It almost reminds me of the Martin O’Neill Sheffield United situation... TRUST ME, THIS IS YEAR ZERO......

If they get their new manager in by the weekend then they will definitely be up for it. The players will be wanting to impress so I can't see as bigger win for us as some people are predicting.
Phlashman Posted 18 February 2008 Posted 18 February 2008 Just working on my calculations, we should win 9-0. I'm of down the bookies. A win will put us more than a game above the drop. Also I think the way Ollie has made the two wins in a row thing a big deal if we do break it it'll be a huge boost for the whole team.
Ric Flair Posted 18 February 2008 Posted 18 February 2008 Please let us beat The Shitters again on Saturday, please. We desperately need an away win to boost confidence and they'll have a new manager in by then. They will be up for it after how we've embarrassed them in recent years. We need a massive performance, we need Isaac Osbourne playing at right back as Lakzco will murder him again. Kishishev hat-trick.

AmericanScott Posted 18 February 2008 Posted 18 February 2008 How's everyone getting there? My mate and I are trooping it there via the 48 bus and then hopping on to the 101 at Pool Meadow. Anyone else have similar plans?
Alexikokopops Posted 18 February 2008 Posted 18 February 2008 OLE! We're raising the intellectual bar one notch at a time.
Koke Posted 18 February 2008 Posted 18 February 2008 I hope we beat the scums but with a new gaffer appointed just before we play them is a bad sign. They'll be well up for it.
clazkel Posted 18 February 2008 Posted 18 February 2008 We've been given an extra 2,000 tickets coz i rang up and got 2 tickets for my dad and bro, i can't get out of working! It'll be a great atmosphere if all 5,000 tickets are sold!
