Durnerz Posted 20 February 2008 Posted 20 February 2008 Notts County also, lovely club. Would have to be a club with a decent catchment area, so discounts your Rochdales and your Wigans as its Man Utd country.
MikeyT Posted 21 February 2008 Posted 21 February 2008 Cowdenbeath or Gretna!!! Or maybe Hinckley United!!!
Ric Flair Posted 21 February 2008 Posted 21 February 2008 Marbella, for many reasons. One being, sending Carl Cort on loan to Grimsby.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 21 February 2008 Posted 21 February 2008 Would have to be a small local side like Oadby or Hinckley, where the millions would really make a difference. To get a team like that into the leagues proper with a nice new stadium that my money built would be sweet! On a side note Ecclestone, et al's, acquisition of QPR I think is genius. Not quite a sleeping giant, but being in London they have a potenitally huge fanbase. They could be the next Blackburn (ie, club punching above their weight due to rich benefactor)
Thracian Posted 21 February 2008 Posted 21 February 2008 MK Dons. Huge potential, close to London. Close to an airport. Great road and rail links. Good population close by. Decent training ground. Close to my oldest son who I'd hope would run the business. All perfect for full-scale attack-minded football.

Fox You Forest Posted 22 February 2008 Posted 22 February 2008 I own it.Yes I can. 5 English (american) players in the starting 11. Wage caps. NO games abroad. More games 3 o'clock kick offs. Reduced ticket pricing. Sounds like the MLS to me
Samilktray Posted 22 February 2008 Posted 22 February 2008 I'd sign for you. Kirby Muxloe as my feeder club. Its all coming together now.
lildave3 Posted 22 February 2008 Posted 22 February 2008 Kirby Muxloe as my feeder club. Its all coming together now. And Fenerbahce as your parent. Probably your dad. Then get something more feminie, like Lille, for your mother.
Simi Posted 22 February 2008 Posted 22 February 2008 And Fenerbahce as your parent. Probably your dad. Then get something more feminie, like Lille, for your mother. That is absolutely hilarious. You don't know why, but I do.
