davieG Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!
maddog Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 We look to be going down. Teams above us are ahead, they virtually all won, and Sheff Wed, and S****horpe. Ollie deserves to go. Players are a bunch of tossers.
FleckneyFox Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 its still between us Cov, Sheff Wed and Saints. I beleive Sheff Wed are picking up now saint aint lost under Pearson. So its between us and Cov and i beleive the class between 2 managers will make the difference so Cov to stay up.
stevie909 Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 we need a revolution and fast. this club is quickly falling apart at the seams
Free Falling Foxes Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 Come on Ollie, come on 'ere and tell us we're pillocks. It's Ollie & Out. FFF
Master Fox Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 Anus face? Look at it.... You try telling me that man hasn't got an anus for a face.
Monk Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 Enjoy the ride folks. I'm looking up pre match pubs in Peterborough and Milton Keynes. Said it after Watford, but I really think the writing's on the wall for us. I want to keep the faith. But faith in what? Too good to go down? No danger.
harpendenfox Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 im fooking gutted , this club is making me very sad Agreed. My overriding emotion after 35 years of supporting the Club is not of anger, merely sadness. So much has gone wrong in the last five years, and the net is drawing tighter on us. The frequent change of manager, the merry go round of players, the sanitised rubbish on the OS imploring us to be the 'twelth man', the players 'not being able to put their finger on why it's not happening'. You don't score goals, you don't win matches
Koke Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 8 games is a lot, fellas. The only positive remaining is that we have the two bottoms teams + Wednesday coming to visit us. Even Hull is a game we should be looking to win.
AmericanScott Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 Johnstone's Paint Trophy next season anyone? Could be a fun day to Wembley that!
Guest shearfox Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 I don't think sacking Ollie is the answer the last three games we have created enough chances to have won them all easily, the strikers just need to find some confidence from somewhere and we should be fine.

Even Hull is a game we should be looking to win. But it's Leicester, we won't. We said the same about Preston. Players are a bunch of p**cks, they have no respect from me.
RowlattsFox Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 My last bit of faith is that now we are in bottom 3 the players may realise that we might actually go down, we have improved in the last couple seasons when we have gone into the bottom 3, hopefully it will happen again. I don't even think a change of manager will make any difference, the only person I can see showing an interest is Steve McClaren, I would take him to be honest. We are not down yet, the season hasn't ended tonight, it's not looking good but I think theres going to be plenty of twists and turns in the final 8 games.
davieG Posted 11 March 2008 Author Posted 11 March 2008 This is how we stood when Kelly was sacked! 17 Burnley 41866281956101522+2 51 18 QPR 42858292855112235-12 49 19 Leicester City 41 6 8 6 23 23 5 6 10 21 33 –12 47 20 Hull City 428211312946111634-16 44 21 Barnsley 42849252851152348-28 44 22 Southend 42669273246111636-25 42 23 Luton Town 42759323325141739-23 37 24 Leeds United 42939252933151939-24 32

Mack Posted 11 March 2008 Posted 11 March 2008 I am sure Milan will push the panic button tonight. In my opinion he should gave done that after the Preston game, as the writing was on the wall then. I'm sure Holloway will go tonight. And I'm 80% sure Dowie will be coming by tommorow evening. Funny how things come full circle! Milan could have had Dowie when he first took over! Holloway you are a livewire but also not suited to the role as Manager at a larger club. Stick to fire fighting / shoestring / lower league rolls and the press will still love you for your cheeky chappy comments. Adios.
