Nod.E Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 Stick him up-front? He had more pace than Howard anyway.
Kilworthfox Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 Stick him up-front?He had more pace than Howard anyway. Life Ban
Sparky Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 Stick him up-front?He had more pace than Howard anyway. stearman nealy passed to him
Leicester Lass Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 Some people are praising him but personally I thought he was a ****ing clown.
Father Ted Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 stearman nealy passed to him It was Bell, I was hoping he would aswell
Moreton Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 Stick him up-front?He had more pace than Howard anyway. No. Are you mad? Howard is a professional and you want to replace him with some angry tit? Joking, only joking but seriously i think it could work.
SantiagoFox Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 I presume that's why he ran on the pitch. He WANTED the life ban. Let's hope things are better next week, when we're all together....
Nod.E Posted 12 April 2008 Author Posted 12 April 2008 stearman nealy passed to him He would've had tp keep it on the pitch to do that. Shows how fooked our club is really! Stearman kicks ball off pitch, surely increases the chances of hitting a fan? At Leicester, no. Fans on the pitch, ball off the pitch. We're original anyway!
Flynny Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 Stick him up-front?He had more pace than Howard anyway. Even McAuley did, and his heading was better! The way Howard's playing means that most of the time he drops into the space between midfield and attack, lays the ball off to the flank and then has to get to the box before the cross comes in, which he only does about half the time. That or he drops deep and the attack comes through the middle, and he's to slow to be on the last man. Meaning he's never clean through on goal. I'm a big fan of Howard with the ball at his feet, but I'm not sold on his benefit to the team when his very presence encourages the hoof and he never does get the ball at his feet unless the opposition are a man down.
lavrentis Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 He was frustrated and his frustration got to him. Personally, I bet their was a few in the Walkers that would have wanted to do that. Just, he had the balls. I personally respect that.
Mark Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 It was Mac who is one of the blokes who run the site Bentley's Roof.

Cal Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 God knows why he was waving his ticket at the Colchester bench though, he could have got to Ollie witht he time it took people to react to him.
Simi Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 God knows why he was waving his ticket at the Colchester bench though, he could have got to Ollie witht he time it took people to react to him. Think it was more towards Mandaric.
Koke Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 Iain Hume at 5'7'' wins far more headers than Steve Howard at 6'4'' I mean, how sad is that?
Nod.E Posted 12 April 2008 Author Posted 12 April 2008 Iain Hume at 5'7'' wins far more headers than Steve Howard at 6'4'' I mean, how sad is that? approximately 8 inches of sadness.
Nod.E Posted 12 April 2008 Author Posted 12 April 2008 Dont blame him We've already blamed everyone else though
Moreton Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 Iain Hume at 5'7'' wins far more headers than Steve Howard at 6'4'' I mean, how sad is that? I think that we should all drop moaning about Howard not heading the ball. Sure it worked for him at Derby but its clearly not going to happen here at Leicester. So deleiveries to his feet is the way forward

Sure it worked for him at Derby but its clearly not going to happen here at Leicester. So deleiveries to his feet is the way forward Well if he doesn't win headers, what else does he contribute to the build up play? Fair enough, he can score from anywhere inside the box but it just pisses me off that he constantly fouls the defender at every single aerial challenge.
Koke Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 What happened? Some tosser ran onto the pitch in frustration and David Bell nearly passed the ball to him.
General lee Posted 12 April 2008 Posted 12 April 2008 Some tosser ran onto the pitch in frustration and David Bell nearly passed the ball to him. Why is he a tosser ? Do you know him ? He cares alot for Leicester and took it alot of balls to do what he did. I hope he doesn't get a life ban because he was in the right.
