In this months four four two he tells of how he wants to play in the championship. So looks like its bye bye to Bell

Someone on Bentleys with areliable HP reckons that he loves it at Leicester and wants to stop.

So it all depends on what JG thinks of him then.

Or Ince

Or Umbrella man

Or Billy no-mates Davies

Or Larry

Nah, bollix, it all depends on whether or not the MOF likes him.

Has anyone heard what has happened to Hendrie?

I think Blackwell said he wanted him back at Sheff Yanited.

It's irrelevant really, he's not coming here now.

We can't afford his wages for a start, plus he's clearly a championship player.

He would now be on Championship wages, we could afford it, he would make one hell of a difference at our level (think Muzzy in The Championship).

He hated his time at Sheff U and quite clearly never wants to play too far away from home.

Nice to see someone that actually wants to play for the club.

I'd try and get him back thought he was decent last year and think he could be a good player at league one level.

I'm gonna have to get one of these facebook thingies, along with the crystal balls that everyone (moaning/poisonous/negative f uckers) on here seems to have!

I'd like to have Bell back here if he wants to come.

If we get in early enough we might be able to snap him up before anyone else does.

I was really impressed with him at the end of last season, he was the type of player we've been lacking.

Get it done Big Nige.

He still needs to work on a couple of things but could be a very good player, even at championship level, but not yet. But if we are to get promoted then we must sign him. Can provide the delivery's that Howard can feed off. He'd be very good in League 1

Just met Blackwell on my hols in Dubai, i asked him and he just said he will see how he does in Pre-Season!

Got the impression that if a good offer comes in for him they will accept it as i dont think Hendrie likes it at Sheff Utd.

Luton midfielder David Bell could be on his way to Reading for £400,000 as a replacement for James Harper, who is set to join Middlesbrough for £3.5m. (Daily Mirror)

I would think they could get someone better if they got 3.5m for Harper but maybe not

It's all about sensible management of the post-relegation finances.

The club has said many times before that they're careful with money and don't want to jeopardise the future of the club by spending recklessly. This would be a case in point.

The guys not very good, he's pulled the wool over many eyes with hearty performances of little end product. Gradel anyone?

Thought Hayes was as good really.

Midfielder David Bell has begun pre-season training back with Luton Town, having finished last term on loan at Leicester City. The 24-year-old was expected to join the Foxes on a permanent basis, but their relegation to League One put paid to that deal.

Bell told the Luton News: "The Leicester thing was on a permanent basis, but on the basis they stayed up. So it's not really a big shock to be back at Luton.

"I still kept in contact with the lads when I was at Leicester and I'm just glad to be back.

"It's very important to get a good start this year as it looks like we are going to be on minus points.

"We've got to get some wins under our belts as early as we can."
