I have to say, Germany are a classic tournament side, I have sympathies for them for once - they weren't just qualified as a host nation like two years ago - and they will thus edge it 3-2 (after leading 3-0:giggle:). What did I say?? Well done to Germany and also a great display by Turkey! No matter whom you fancied more, this game had it all. I really start to love this tournament. Classy football everywhere and an astonishing goals-per-game rate (2.5).

Spot on in my opinion, Turkey along with Russia have added that spark to the tournament, teams such as France, Netherlands and Italy have failed in different ways this year, credit to Turkey I want to see some of them Turks in the premiership next season or even at City , now I shall support Russia tomorrow evening because I think a Germany v Spain final will go with Germany, Russia are the Greece of 2004, well done Turks, hats off, great great manager in Fatih Terim great to watch! see you at the 2010 World Cup.

They did their part in taking advantage of a below par Portugal, and they took their chances well today again. Don't get me started about the "extremely unlucky Turkey" though...

Chance would be a fine thing... This is their SIXTH Euro final. We haven't even made one. But the winners of the Russia-Spain tie will really fancy their chances if the Germans are as dire as they were tonight. Wonder what would have happened if Turkey had been at full strength...

No, the Turks were the Greece of 2004. Russia are a refreshing side that play excellent technical football and commit many men forward. Wholly unlike Greece 2004...!
